தமிழின் முதல் நூல் #தொல்காப்பியம் தமிழர் தெய்வங்களின் வரிசையில் முதலில் வைத்தது மாயோனைத் தான்! அந்த மாயோனின் அவதாரம் தான் ராமன் என்கின்றது ஐம்பெருங்காப்பியங்களுள் ஒன்றான #மணிமேகலை! ராமன் புகழைக் கேட்காத காது காதே இல்லை என்கின்றது #சிலப்பதிகாரம்! ஏழு மரங்களை ஒரே அம்பில் சாய்த்த ராமனது தோள் வலிமையைப் புகழ்கிறது #சீவகசிந்தாமணி

தமிழின் பழமையான சங்க இலக்கியங்களான #புறநானூறு, #அகநானூற்றிலேயே ராமரைப் பற்றிய குறிப்புகள் உள்ளன!

பக்தி இலக்கியங்களில் ராமபிரானைப் பாடாத #ஆழ்வார்களே இல்லை! #சைவசமயக் குரவர்கள் கூட தங்கள் பதிகங்களில் ராமரைப் போற்றிப் பாடியுள்ளனர்!

இவ்வளவு ஏன் தமிழின் ஆகப் பெரிய இலக்கியமே '#கம்பராமாயணம்' தானே? அதுவே ராமபிரானைப் பரம்பொருளாகத் தானே காட்டுகின்றது?

#சோழர்கள் தங்களை பல்வேறு கல்வெட்டுகளில் ஸ்ரீ ராமன் வழிவந்தவர்கள் என்று தானே கூறியுள்ளார்கள்?

தமிழர் ஆண்டதாக பெருமை பேசப்படும் #தென்கிழக்கு ஆசியா முழுவதும் பரவியுள்ள ஒரே காவியம் #ராமாயணம் தானே?

உண்மை இப்படி இருக்க, தமிழ் மக்களால் கொண்டாடப்பட்ட ராமபிரானை தமிழர் வரலாறும், இலக்கியமும் அறியாத மூடர்கள் அந்நியப்படுத்த நினைப்பது அவர்தம் அறியாமையே ஆகும்! ராமன் அகண்ட பாரதத்தையே இணைப்பவன் என்பதால் அவன் பெயரே பிரிவினைவாதிகளை நடுங்க வைக்கின்றது!

அவர்கள் நடுங்குமளவு சத்தமாகச் சொல்லுவோம்!

Every second is a new moment in your life. Utilise it to purify your heart and fill it with love. You will then realise that God is yours and you are filled with divine love. True devotion is the only method to realise the Divine. Devotion means love of God without any desire for reward. Such devotion can be developed only through good conduct. There can be no devotion without righteousness. Purity of mind is an essential for enjoying Divine Bliss just as purity of body is essential for bodily health. Higher than all the knowledge that can be acquired in the world is the Atma jnana (knowledge of the Self). There is nothing equal to the bliss that comes from Self-realisation. It is attained only when the ego-sense is destroyed and there is prayerful submission to the Divine. Prayers, again, are used for seeking fulfilment of material desires. Out of the millions who offer prayers, very few seek God Himself with pure hearts.

Inherited evil traits rooted in the mind must be given up. Of these traits, the worst are hatred and envy. They arise from intense selfishness. They are qualities of the leopard and should not find place in a human being. Some people try to pretend that they overcame anger, hatred, jealousy and pride. These traits make their appearance from time to time. You must cast them off immediately. You must perform continuous internal yajna, as against external yajna performed annually. The internal yajna must be performed at all times, in all places and under all circumstances. The sacrificial altar for this yajna is within each one of us. Whenever an evil thought or desire occurs, scotch it out mercilessly. Only by constant vigilance and continuous endeavour can we earn Divine grace. Only when evil traits are banished will Divinity manifest itself in all its glory. This is the real purpose of yajnas - to enable you to achieve purity to realise Divinity.
