1 ) A Senseful story:

A Mechanic was removing the engine parts from a motor cycle, when he spoted a famous heart surgeon in his shop. He called the surgeon and said " LOOK AT THIS ENGINE. I OPENED IT'S HEART, TOOK THE VALVES OUT, REPAIRED AND PUT THEM BACK. SO WHY DO I GET SUCH A SMALL SALARY AND YOU GET A BIG ONE WHEN YOU AND I ARE DOING THE SAME WORK"

The Surgeon paused and whispered "TRY TO DO IT WHEN THE ENGINE IS RUNNING"
