பட்டரை பித்தர் என்று தூற்றி பேசியவர்கள் எல்லாம் திருக்கடையூர் ஆலய வாயிலில் அவரை பார்த்து கை தட்டி சிரித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்தனர். ஆனால் பட்டர் அவற்றை பொருட்டாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவில்லை…

அம்பாள் வந்தே தீர வேண்டும் என்ற நிலையில் முழு நம்பிக்கையுடன் மனமுருகி அன்னை அபிராமியே வேண்டிக் கொண்டு 79வது பாடலைப் பாடத் தொடங்கினார்…

இடது காதில் இருந்த தாடங்கத்தை பொற்கரங்களால் கழற்றி வானவீதியில் தவழ விட்டாள். அத்தாடங்கம் அன்னம் போல் நகர்ந்து சென்று நிலவாக மாறியது. வானில் இருள் மறைந்தது, ஒளி வெள்ளம் நிறைந்தது…

தேவரும் மூவரும், சப்த ரிஷிகளும் அகத்தியர் முதலான முனிவர்களும் வானில் இருந்து அன்னை அபிராமி மீதும் மலர் மாரி பொழிந்தனர், அச்சமயம் நெற்கதர் தழைத்து வளரும் தஞ்சை தரணி எங்கும் மலர்கதிராக காட்சி அளித்தன.

"திருத்தாடங்கத் திகழொளி விண்ணும் மண்ணும் எண்திசையும் படர்ந்திட அவ்வற்புதங்கண்ட அற்புதம்! அற்புதம் என முழக்கமிட்டார் பட்டர். அன்னை சரணாலய பாதங்களை வணங்க, உரியிலிருந்து இறங்க முயற்சித்தார், அப்போது அன்னை பட்டரை தடுத்து „

"வாய் சோர்ந்து அரசரிடம் கூறிய சொல்லையும் மெய் என நிறுவினோம்! உரியிலிருந்து தொடங்கிய 100 அந்தாதியை தொடர்ந்து பாடியருள்க! யாம் உனக்கு ஆலய கருவரையில் திருக்காட்சி தருவோம்!" என்று ஆணையிட்டு மறைந்தாள்.

எனத் தம் அனுபவ நிலையைத் தெளிவுற கட்டளைக் கலி வெண்பாவாகப் 80வது பாடலை பாடினார் பட்டர். 100 பாடல்களையும் முடித்து உரியிலிருந்து இறங்கி அன்னை அருளாட்சி செய்யும் கருவரையில் தரிசிக்க ஓடினார்.

கருணைக் கடலான அன்னை பராசக்தி பட்டருடைய கண்களுக்கு மட்டும் புன்னகைத் தவளும் முகத்துடன் அங்குசம் பாசம் கரும்பு ஏந்திய பொற்கரங்களுடன் திருக்காட்சி தந்தருளினாள்; கண்குளிர தரிசித்த பட்டர்……

"ஆத்தாளை, எங்கள் அபிராம
வல்லியை, அண்டம் எல்லாம்
பூத்தாளை, மாதுளம் பூ நிறத்தாளை,
புவிஅடங்கக் காத்தாளை, ஐங்கணை
பாசங்குசமும் கரும்பும் சேர்த்தாளை, முக்கண்ணியைத் தொழுவார்க்கு
ஒரு தீங்கு இல்லையே !"

என்று அபிராமி அந்தாதிக்கு நூற்பயன் பாடி முடித்தார் பட்டர். நம்பிக்கை நிறைந்த பக்தர்களுக்கு கடவுள் எதையும் நிகழ்த்துவார் என்பதற்கு சிறந்த உதாரணம் நமது அபிராமி பட்டர் ! நாமும் அபிராமி அந்ததி பாடுவோம்! அன்னையின் திருவருள் பெருவோம்!

ஒரு வகுப்பில் ஆசிரியர் பிள்ளைகளை உலகின் சிறந்த ஏழு அதிசயங்களைப் பட்டியலிடச் சொன்னார்.

பிள்ளைகள் அனைவரும் எழுதிக் கொடுத்துவிட்டனர். அவர்களின் கணிப்புப் படி கீழ்க்கண்டவை உலக அதிசயங்கள் வரிசைப் படி.

ஒரே ஒரு குழந்தை மட்டும் இன்னும் முடிக்கவில்லை;யோசித்து யோசித்து எழுதிக் கொண்டிருந்தாள். ஆசிரியர் அருகில் சென்றார்

" சாரு! என்ன ஆயிற்று ஏன் இன்னும் முடிக்கவில்லை?

"என்ன சார் செய்வேன்? ஆனடவனின் படைப்பில் அதிசயங்களுக்குப் பஞ்சமேயில்லை. அவற்றில் எனக்கு அதிசயமாகத் தோன்றியவை களைப் பட்டியலிட்டு விட்டேன். சரிதானா எனப் பார்த்துச் சொல்லுங்கள்." என்றாள்.

“ஸ்ரீபாதம்தாங்கிகள்” கைங்கர்யம் பாராட்டுக்குரியது..

திருச்சானூரில் பத்மாவதி தாயாருக்கு தற்போது பிரம்மோற்ஸ்வம் பத்து நாட்களாக நடந்து வருகிறது...

இந்த கைங்கர்யத்தில் தாயாரை எழப்பண்ண அதாவது பல்லக்கு தூக்க கடந்த 27 வருடங்களாக ஶ்ரீபாதந்தாங்கிகள், வேத்தாள் என கைங்கர்யபரார்கள் ஶ்ரீரங்கத்திலிருந்து 40 க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் சென்றுள்ளனர்...

இதை கடந்த 27 வருடமாக நிர்வாகித்து வந்தவர் திரு அப்பட்டை ஐயங்கார்( அவரூம் ஸ்ரீரங்கம் ஸ்ரீபாதம் தாங்கி) பார்த்தசாரதி ஐயங்கார்.. அவர் கடந்த ஆறு மாதம் முன்புதான் மறைந்தார்...

நாம நினைப்பது போல பல்லக்கு தானே என்ன கனம் இருக்க போகிறோது என எளிதாக நினைக்க வேண்டாம்...

ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வாகனங்களில் உள்ள வாரை(கம்பு) யை விட பெரிய மர வாரை திருச்சனுரில் உள்ளது..நெஞ்சை அழுத்தும் தோளை கிழிக்கும் சுமை... கொஞ்சம் அசால்ட்டாக இருந்தால் தோள்பட்டை இறங்கி விடும்...

ஸ்ரீரங்கத்தை போல் இல்லை இங்கே சுவாமி புறப்பாடு என்பது ..

பல்லாக்கின் மேலே தாயாருடன் குறைந்தபட்சம் ஆறு பட்டர்கள், பெரிய வாகனங்கள், இரண்டு குடை என புறப்பாடு நடக்கும்...அத்தனை கனத்தையும் சுமக்க வேண்டும்...

ஓரு நாளில் காலை மாலை, இரவு என மூன்று புறப்பாடுகள்...இது இரவு 1 மணிவரை நீடிக்கும்.... மறுபடி மறு நாள் அதிகாலை புறப்பாடாகும்...

கொட்டும் மழையானாலும் நனைந்து கொண்டே புறப்பாடு நடக்கும்...

கடந்த இரண்டு நாட்களில் சுமார் ஐம்பாதாயிரம் ஆரத்தி செய்த பக்தர்கள்.... அத்தனை ஆரத்தியுலும் ஒரு நொடி நிறுத்தியே செல்ல வேண்டும்..

இந்த கைங்கர்யபரார்கள் தங்கள் செய்து வரும் அத்தனை வேலைகளையும் ஒதுக்கி வைத்து விட்டு பத்து நாட்கள் தாயார் கைங்கர்யத்துக்காக அங்கேயே தங்கி பிரம்மோற்ஸ்வம் நிறைவான பிறகே ஶ்ரீரங்கம் திரும்புகின்றனர்..சென்றுள்ள அத்தனை பேரும் ஏதாவது ஒரு அலுவலகத்தில் பொறுப்பான உயர்ந்த பதவியில் உள்ளவர்கள் அல்லது தனியாக சொந்த தொழில் நடத்தி வருபவர்கள்.விடுப்பு எடுத்து இந்த கைங்கர்யத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றனர்.இத்தனை அர்ப்பணிப்பு உணர்வுடன் இதில் ஈடுபட முதல் காரணம் ஆத்ம திருப்தி..அடுத்து நம்ம தாயார் ...வாரை அழுத்திய காயம் தானே ..வேலை தானே, போய்ட்டு போகுது என்ற இதை எல்லாம் மறக்க செய்யும் தாயார் கைங்கர்யம்...

காலம் காலமாக செய்து வரும் இவர்களின் இந்த கைங்கர்யம் பாராட்டுக்குரியது..

Everyone must express gratitude to their parents for this gift of life.

I like simplicity, I like dress that will not discourage people from approaching you for a kind word, a bit of service, a helping hand. It must be clean and decent; not outlandish and queer. It should not be worn to attract attention. Just as you desire to wear clean comfortable clothes for the body, desire also clean and consoling exercises for the mind like japam, dhyanam (repetition of holy name and meditation), etc. Use the eyes to watch wholesome things, the feet to proceed to the house of God, the hands to serve the embodiments of God moving around you as men, the tongue to soothe pain, praise virtue, and glorify God. Do not use the eye to vulgarise your brain, and the feet to stand in queue for deleterious films. Character is the most precious gift of education. I consider gratitude as its chief component! Everyone must express gratitude to their parents for this gift of life.

It is easy to give up sadhana; it is a task to stick to it. But there is no use climbing just one step; ascend higher and higher, into the purer air. Climb until you see the hills and valleys as one flatness, all the ups and downs as of no concern. You talk as if you have surrendered everything; but when you lose a pen, you report to the police station and rely on the police to recover it for you! You are a hero, a lion in the forest of the world, only when you neither exult nor droop, when good fortune or bad assails you. In order to develop and grow in spiritual practices, you must reduce your wants and discard your wishes. See everything as a disinterested witness; do not plunge and get entangled. When the shackles are loosened, you will feel happy and light. Travel light, even in the journey of life.

Frustration is caused by wrong diagnosis of the root-cause of suffering. By massaging one’s head, can you relieve an excruciating pain in the stomach? Delay does not matter; discover the real root of the trouble and then do the remedy. The real remedy for all troubles is attachment and illusion. Married couples think they will be happy when they get a child; but that is just the beginning of a series of worries! They worry about the child’s health, habits, schooling, friends, marriage, career prospects and so on, in an endless chain. The mind multiplies the roots of worry, anxiety and grief. Cultivate detachment, not attachment. Dwell on the great heritage of humankind; then, you will give up attachment and not engage yourself in low thoughts, words or deeds! Contemplate on Dharma, Sathya and Prema (Righteousness, Truth and Love) which are the foundations of humanity and that will guide all your actions to be righteous.

There is a law of cause and effect; every karma (action) has a consequence, whether you like it, anticipate it or not! A good karma produces good results; a bad one will produce a bad result. Birth is the result of the karma done before death. If you are asked what happens to a person after death, you can point to yourself and declare, "This is what happens - Re-birth happens!” This is no religion of despair; it is a religion of hope, of assurance, of encouragement to lead an active, useful and beneficent life. For, the future is in your hands. Though today has already been shaped by yesterday, tomorrow can be shaped by today! Various types of Karma are performed to induce detachment, to channelise the desire towards eternal and universal ends, to transmute all acts into acts of worship, to offer adoration to God who presides over every force of Nature, every energy of man, and every limb of his anatomy!

God is hidden and obstructed by the clouds of egoism. Getting rid of egoism is the sadhana to be practised. Learn a lesson from the tree. When it is heavy with fruits, it does not raise its head aloft in pride; it bends low and stoops, as if it does not take any credit for its accomplishment and as if it helps you to pluck the fruit. Learn a lesson from the birds. They feed those who cannot fly far; the bird relieves the itch of the buffalo by scratching it with its beak; they help and serve each other, with no thought of reward. How much more alert must man be then with his superior skills and faculties? Service is the best cure for egoism; so engage in it to relieve pain and grief to the extent that you can. Try to assuage, as far as you can, the distress of others; it is the best sadhana for the aspirant.

Union is strength. It promotes the welfare of all. If one does not strive for unity and progress, how can one serve society? Even small ants acting in union can destroy a serpent. Today unity is being undermined in the country. There are differences in every home. Institutions without unity ultimately collapse. A divided nation faces destruction. Hence for the welfare of the nation, all must live in unity. Distinctions of high and low should be given up. The nation's welfare alone must be kept in mind. If unity is lost, what can anyone accomplish? If there are three people in a house, there can be peace in the house only if the three live in harmony. In every individual, there are three entities: the Manas (mind), the Vak (tongue) and Kayam (the organs of actions). It is only when these three entities function harmoniously that the individual can have peace.

Individuals are integrally related to society like different organs in a body. Humanity is a limb of nature and nature (Prakruti) is a limb of God. If this integral relationship is understood, where is the ground for hatred? None should consider themselves as insignificant or unimportant. Everyone, small or big, is a vital part of the whole and is essential for its proper functioning like all parts in a rocket. Any small defective part may cause the rocket to explode. Likewise, in this vast Cosmos every being has a significant role to play to ensure its smooth functioning. Anyone can pursue the spiritual path without the aid of a rosary or taking to the forest. For example, a farmer tilling the field should think that he is tilling the field of his heart. While sowing seeds, he must think that he is sowing the seeds of good qualities in his heart and while watering, he should think he is watering the field of his heart with love.

Thought for the Expenses

There are many who do not understand the Sai principle. “Who is this Sai? Why are certain things happening in this manner?” These questions are asked. I am not a sanyasi (renunciant). I am not a yogi. I am not a bhogi (pleasure-seeker). I am not a tyagi (one who sacrifices). I am ‘I’. This ‘I’ is the first name given to the Atma. A renunciant is bound by certain restrictions. The pleasure-seeker is bound in other ways. I have no limitations. Mine is boundless bliss. My name is ‘I’. It is not a name given after one's birth. To understand Me, everyone has to realise that the ‘I’ is present in everyone. The ‘I’ is used by everyone in every context, whether one is a millionaire or a pauper. This ‘I’ is Brahman. Aham Brahmasmi (I am Brahman). Everyone should strive to recognise the divinity that is present in all. This effort has to be made by everyone. Human birth has been given for this purpose. It cannot be left to God.

Students! Educational institutions, which ought to give a lead in promoting the nation's allround welfare, are leading the country astray. Human values like sacrifice, integrity, fairness and morality have almost disappeared. Reverence and respect for elders are totally absent. What we need today is not a new system of education, a new social order, not even a new religion. We need Uttama-purushulu (noble and high-minded men and women). Only then the nation will be prosperous. Whatever may be the situation in other universities, the students from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute should behave in an exemplary and ideal manner. Foster moral, spiritual and social values. Dedicate your lives to the upholding of morality. Dear students! Uphold the ideals of education. Cultivate the love of God and inspire in everyone, devotion to God. Live in God! Make others live in God!

அனைவருக்கும் இனிய காலை வணக்கம்

ஏரிக்கரை அருகே ஒரு சிறுவன் விளையாடிக்  கொண்டிருக்கிறான். அப்போது, " ஐயோ!
காப்பாற்று; காப்பாற்று " என ஓர் குரல்.  ஆற்றோரத்தில் வலைக்குள் சிக்கிய குரல் அது.
" உன்னை வலையிலிருந்து. விடுவித்தால், நீ என்னை விழுங்கி விடுவாய் " ....சிறுவன்.
" நான் உன்னை சத்தியமாக சாப்பிட மாட்டேன்.  என்னைக் காப்பாற்று " ...என்றது முதலை.

சத்திய வார்த்தையை நம்பி விடுவித்த சிறுவனை, முதலை கவ்விக்.கொண்டு விழுங்க
ஆரம்பித்தது. " இது நியாயமா? " என சிறுவன் கேட்க. " இது தான் உலகம்! இது தான்
வாழ்க்கை ! " என்றது முதலை.

அருகில் இருந்த மரத்தில் இருந்த பறவைகளைப் பார்த்து, முதலைக் கூறின
வார்த்தை சரிதானா எனக் கேட்டது. " நாங்கள் மர உச்சியில். முட்டைகள் இட்டாலும். பாம்பு வந்து சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு செல்கின்றன . அதனால்  சொல்கிறேன் முதலை சொன்னது சரியென்று".

அருகில் நின்றிருந்த கழுதையிடம் கேட்டான்.  அதுவும் முதலை சொன்னது சரி என்றது.
கடைசியாக ஓடிக் கொண்டிருந்த முயலிடம் கேட்டது. அது, " முதலை சொன்னது சரியல்ல "
என்றது. முதலை கோபத்துடன் வாதாடத்  துவங்கியது. சிறுவனை வாயில் கவ்வியபடி
பேசுவதால் காதில் விழவில்வை என்றது முயல். சிறுவனை விடுவித்து முதலை பேசத்

Treat everyone as your brother and sister. There may be differences of opinion at times but that should not lead to hatred and enmity. Differences should not divide us. Members of the Sai Organisation should foster such unity. Let there not be any conflicts. Live like children of the same family. Get a good name, so that there is no other organisation comparable to the Sai Organisation in the world. Develop love and work unitedly. Only when five fingers of the hand come together can any task be accomplished. One may be the President of the Organisation - that does not mean that one can act according to one’s whims and fancies. I am aware of the fact that there are no such people in Sai Organisation. Yet, I am cautioning you. All the wings of the Organisation - Samithi, Sevadal, Bal vikas, etc. should work in harmony. Consider different wings as the fingers of the same hand and work unitedly.

Health does not depend on medicine. Good words, good manners, good sight and good thoughts – these are essential for good health!

Embodiments of Love! Wealth once lost can be regained one way or the other. If a friend is lost, you can make many more through good feelings. But if health is lost, you will suffer in many ways. Your body is a combination of many limbs, only when all limbs are utilised for sacred purposes, will you have pushti and santushti (good health and happiness). A healthy human body is the very foundation for all virtuous actions. It is the primary requisite for the realisation of the four objectives of human life — righteousness (dharma), wealth (artha), desire (kama), and liberation (moksha). Investigate why you lose health. Excessive thinking, worrying, and extended work hours are the main cause for your illness. Excessive activity in any field is harmful. Bear in mind the limitations of your body and act accordingly. Do not bestow undue attention on your health. Discharge your duties peacefully and happily, then everything will be fine.

Men in positions should discharge their duties commensurate with the salaries received. Women have been setting an example in this regard. Women are more determined, dedicated and devoted to their work at home and offices as compared to men. In countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Germany, etc., women are practising human values more than men. They are following Swami’s command under all circumstances. There are crores and crores of such sincere workers in the world. They are striving not for name and fame but for Swami’s love and grace. This proves that they received Swami’s teachings in its correct spirit. Embodiments of Love! Cultivate selfless love, take care of your health, and serve the society. Then God will confer on you the necessary strength and happiness. When God can make the dumb speak and the lame ascend mountains, why will He forsake those who are sincere and hardworking?

All efforts, all talk, all pleasures end with the graveyard. Every step takes man nearer to that, not farther. Then, why revel while living, believing this to be real and lasting? You must have heard this: Practice two, give up two! What are they? The two things to be given up are: all remembrance of (1) the evil that others do to you, and (2) the good that you do to others. The two things to be practiced incessantly are: (1) belief that death is certain and inevitable and (2) that God exists and yields to prayer and purity. Usually people do the opposite. They do not forget the evil that others do or the good that is done by them; they forget the fact of death and the fact of God’s existence. If you seek for profit in every act, of what use is it? Bank deposits, buildings, degrees, titles and riches must all be left behind. As soon as the last breath is drawn, our body becomes a thing of foul smell and bad omen; it is removed from the very house you built and loved!

The eighth flower God loves dearly is satyam (truth), that which is unmodified by the passage of time. God alone persists unchanged from the past, through the present into the future. When this flower blossoms in your heart you will be rewarded with eternal fragrance. Worship the Lord, offering these eight flowers of Nonviolence, sense-control, compassion, tolerance, inner peace, austerity, meditation and truth, blossoming from your heart! Today, you offer fresh flowers, and your devotion does not last even until you exit the shrine! As soon as you finish worship, anger, hatred and anxiety possess you and degrade you. Without developing virtuous qualities how can any one win the grace of God? Engaged in Asatya Narayana Vrata (a vow of falsehood) on all 364 days, what is the good you hope to get doing Satya Narayana Vrata on one day? When you claim to be Sai devotees, justify the claim by cultivating these flowers of virtue and offering them to God.

The sixth flower dear to God is austerity (tapas). Tapas does not mean forsaking spouse and children, and escaping into the loneliness of the forest. The real austerity is the complete coordination between one's thought, word and deed. The evil person can never achieve this; they behave falsely to their own self. When a person succeeds in this tapas, the words they utter will have such power that whatever they say will be transformed into mantras! The seventh flower is dhyana (meditation). Today, many methods of dhyana exist! Remember, sitting quietly and transferring your emotions and feelings to God is no dhyana. You must earnestly transmute your emotions, desires, and feelings with the help of God into Divine qualities – that is true meditation! Through the help of your meditation, you should not bring God down to your level; instead, you must raise yourself to the level of God!

The sea, which likes to gather and possess, lies low; the cloud that likes to renounce and give up is high in the sky.

The fourth flower to be offered to God is kshama - tolerance or fortitude. Kshama is truth, righteousness, knowledge, sacrifice and joy. Without kshama none can be happy even for a single moment! Kshama promotes divine qualities and reveals Divinity within you. You must perform sadhana to earn it and establish yourself in it. Nourish the idea that God is equally present in all, in spite of ridicule from the ignorant and sarcastic criticism from the blind or even praise from admirers. The fifth flower is shanti - inner peace. Shanti does not mean that whatever others may say or however they abuse, one should not react at all. It does not mean that one must be silent as a rock. It involves mastery of all the senses and passions; inner peace must become one's nature. Shanti has detachment as the basic quality. The sea, which likes to gather and possess, lies low; the cloud that likes to renounce and give up is high in the sky.

Embodiments of love! Bharat is the centre of truth, righteousness and morality; of merit, penance and sacrifice (tyaga), and is endowed with the wealth of spirituality and bliss. It is your great good fortune to have been born in this sacred land. Dear Children, you must all live up to the reputation of muddu biddalu (dear children) of your motherland. Do not become moddu biddalu (foolish children) or chedda biddalu (bad children). Your motherland will feel proud of you only when you become noble and ideal. You must resolve to foster spiritual values and the spirit of sacrifice. Consider service as your duty. Service is God. Divinity can be experienced only through service. On deep enquiry, you will know that you are in God, God is in you and you are God. You should be able to understand and act with conviction that you are a spark of the Divine!

Ahimsa, the virtue of nonviolence, is the very first virtuous flower that God loves the most. This involves much more than abstention from injuring living beings. One should desist from causing pain to any living being not only by deeds, but even by words and thoughts. One should not entertain any idea of hurting or humiliating another. The second flower God desires is control and mastery of the senses (indriya nigraham).One should not run after sensual pleasure and sensory joy. The third flower that is very dear to Lord is compassion (daya). Compassion towards all living beings and all things is pleasing to the Lord (Sarvabhuta-daya), for ‘All is God’, verily! You must always remember that the scriptures teach us that adoration and respect paid to any god reaches the Supreme (Sarva deva namaskaram Keshavam prati gacchati). It must also be cherished with equal validity, that humiliation caused to any living being reaches the Supreme (Sarva Jeeva thiraskaram Keshavam prathigacchati)!

I would like to tell you, it is not what you hear that is beneficial, but what you put into daily practice. Develop renunciation towards your own needs and wishes. Examine each on the touchstone of essentiality. When you pile up things in your apartments, you only promote darkness and dust; so also, do not collect and store too many materials in your mind. Travel light. Have just enough to sustain life and maintain health. The pappu (dish made of lentils) must have only enough uppu (salt) to make it relishing; that is to say, do not spoil the dish by adding too much salt. Life becomes too difficult to bear if you put too much desire into it. Limit your desires to your capacity and even among them, have only those that will grant lasting joy. Do not run after fashion and public approval and strain your resources beyond repair. Also, stick to your own dharma and the code of rules that regulate life or the stage you have reached.

How long can we tolerate a boy staying in the same class at school? He must proceed from one class to the next higher one, year after year. The spiritual aspirant too should not stagnate in one sadhana. From the master-servant relationship with God, the aspirant must advance to the body-limb relationship and reach the stage of merging in the All-inclusive One - that is to say, from dualism (Dwaita), through conditioned non-dualism (Vishista Adwaita) to monism or non-dualism (Adwaita). In the initial stages, man worships portraits or idols of God in all the sixteen forms of reverential homage. But, one should progress from this stage to the awareness of the Atma. Flowers fade and rot soon. The effect of offering flowers may not last long. What God loves more are the flowers blooming on the tree of one’s own life, fed and fostered by one’s own skill and sincerity. They are the flowers of virtues grown in the garden of one’s heart.

Embodiments of Divine Love! When you chant the divine name with love at least once, you will experience inexplicable and overwhelming bliss in your heart. The divine name melts even a stone-hearted person. Even ice takes time to melt, but God's heart melts instantaneously when you chant His name with love. So chant the Lord’s name. Even while you are traveling, you must chant His name silently without attracting others' attention. Everywhere, at all times and under all circumstances, you must contemplate on the divine name of God (Sarvada sarva kaleshu sarvatra Rama chintanam). There is no greater spiritual exercise than this. The essence of all spiritual practices is contained in chanting Lord’s name incessantly. In Kali yuga, chanting God's Divine name is the only royal path to attain liberation. Develop noble feelings; contemplate on God with full faith that He will grant you everything you need. I bless you to lead your life with love, peace and happiness!

The power of divine name is unparalleled. People often take it lightly. They mistake a shining glass piece to be a diamond. The real diamond is very different! What is that ‘real diamond’? ‘Die mind’ - God’s name is the real diamond! So, keep it safe and secure and seek refuge at the Lotus Feet of the Lord! You are most fortunate to participate in Akhanda Bhajan. It is a great opportunity. Never miss the opportunity of participating in Bhajans. If only you make good use of it, your life will be sanctified. Once you seek refuge in Him, never give it up. Wherever you go, the divine feet will protect you! Install the divine name firmly in your heart, your life will become sanctified. That is devotion (Bhakti). That is your power (Shakti). That is liberation (Mukti). The Global Akhanda Bhajan is held every year to remind you and rekindle this spirit!
