The mind is made of the warp and woof of wishes. So the first thing to be conquered is the demon of desire. For this, it is unnecessary to wage a huge war. It is also unnecessary to use pleasing words to persuade the desire to disappear. Desires will not disappear for fear of the one or for favour of the other. Desires are objective; they belong to the category of the “seen”. With the conviction that “I am the see-er only, not the seen”, the steady-minded one releases oneself from attachment. By this means, desire is conquered. You must watch the working of the mind from outside it; do not get involved in it. That is the meaning of this discipline. The faculty of the mind is like a strong current of electricity. It has to be watched from a distance and not be contacted or touched. Touch the current, and you are reduced to ashes. So too, contact and attachment give the mind the chance to ruin you. The farther you are from it, the better. By skillful methods, you have to make the best use of it for your own welfare.

The unceasing toil of each succeeding day has as its aim and justification this consummation: to make one’s last days sweet and pleasant. But each day also has its evening. If the day is spent in good deeds, then the evening blesses us with deep, invigorating and refreshing sleep, the sleep about which it is said that it is akin to samadhi. One has only a short span of life on earth. But even in this short life one can attain divine bliss by wisely and carefully using the time. Two people, in appearance the same, ostensibly of the same mould, grow under the same conditions, but one turns out to be an angel while the other stays on with their animal nature. What’s the reason for this differential development? Habits, behaviour formed out of these habits, and the character into which that behaviour has solidified. People are creatures of character.

People must be happy that the highest Lord (Purushothama) has placed around them newer and newer materials for serving Him and gets the worship of Him done in various forms. People must pray for newer and newer opportunities and exult in the chance that their hands receive. This attitude gives immeasurable joy. To lead a life suffused with this joy is indeed bliss. Whatever is done from sunrise to sunset must be consecrated, as if it is the worship of the Lord. Just as care is taken to pluck only fresh flowers and to keep them clean and unfaded, so too, ceaseless effort should be made to do deeds that are pure and unsullied. If this vision is kept before the mind’s eye every day and life is lived accordingly, then it becomes one long unbroken service of the Lord. The feeling of ‘I’ and ‘You’ will soon disappear; all trace of self will be destroyed. Life then transmutes itself into a veritable devotion to the Lord (Hariparayana).

 When Arjuna prayed to Krishna to tell him the true characteristics of a person of steady wisdom, He replied, “Partha! Such a person will be free from all desire and stable in the knowledge and awareness of the Atma only.” Now, there are two processes in this: To give up all the promptings of desire in the mind is the negative process; to implant ever-present joy therein is the positive aspect. The negative process is to remove all the seedlings of wrong and evil from the mind; the positive process is to grow, in the field thus cleansed, the crop of attachment to God! The plucking of the weeds is the negative stage; the cultivation of the crop you need is the positive stage. The weeds are pleasures that the senses draw from the objective world; the crop is attachment to God. The mind is a bundle of wishes, and, unless these wishes are removed by their roots, there is no hope of destroying the mind, which is a great obstacle in the path of spiritual progress.

The best way to get rid of weakness is to strike at the very taproot of the tree - the mistake that you are the body, with this name and this form, these senses, this intelligence and this mind. These are all the luggage you carry. Don't you say, ‘my nose, my mind, my hand, my reason’, just as you say, ‘my book, my umbrella’? Who is this ‘I’ that calls all these 'mine'? That is the real 'you'. It was there when you were born, when you were sleeping forgetful of all else, forgetful even of your body with all its equipment, internal and external. That ‘I’ cannot be harmed; it does not change, it knows no death or birth. Learn the discipline that makes you aware of this Truth and you will be ever free and bold. That is real vidya, the Aatmavidya (knowledge of the Self), which the sages have gathered for you. The thousands who come to Puttaparthi are coming here for this precious wealth; you too must, one day or the other, learn this and save yourselves. All have to reach the goal, travelling along the path of wisdom.

When you feed the cow with fermented gruel so that it may yield more milk, the milk emits an unpleasant smell. When man engrosses himself too much with the trifles of the world, his conduct and character become unpleasant. It is indeed tragic to witness the downfall of the child of immortality, struggling in despair and distress. If only every one examines these: “What are my qualifications? What is my position?” Then they can soon realise their downfall. Will a tiger, however hungry, eat popcorn or monkey nuts? Aim at the goal which your lineage entitles you; how can the parrot taste the sweetness of the mango if it pecks at the fruit of the cotton-tree? Let your effort be in keeping with the dignity of the goal. Never slacken effort, whatever the obstacle, or however long the journey. The goal will near you faster than the pace with which you near the goal. God is as eager to save you as you are eager to be saved.

Medical experts can be hired but life cannot be secured on lease

 Money can purchase drugs but mental peace and contentment alone can guarantee health. Medical experts can be hired but life cannot be secured on lease. God incarnates to foster sadhus, it is said. By sadhus, they do not mean the dwellers in Himalayan retreats; they mean the virtuous person who forms the inner reality of everyone of you, the outer appearance being but a mask which is worn to delude yourself into esteem. Everyone is a sadhu, for one is prema swarupa, shanti swarupa, amrutha swarupa (embodiment of bliss, peace and immortality). But, by allowing the crust of ego to grow thick and fast, the real nature is tarnished. By the action of sathsang (the company of God-minded persons), by systematic attention to self-control and self-improvement, one can overcome the delusion that makes one identify oneself with the body and its needs and cravings.

There is special significance in placing Vigneswara in the forefront before embarking on any undertaking. In a forest, when an elephant moves through the jungle, it clears the way for others to follow. Likewise, by invoking Ganesa, the path is cleared for our undertakings. The elephant's foot is so large that when it moves it can stamp out the footprints of any other animal. Here again, the symbolic meaning is that all obstacles in the way will be removed when Ganesha is accorded the place of honour. The journey of life is made smoother and happier by the grace of Ganesha. On Vinayaka Chaturthi day, students place books in front of the Ganesha idol and offer worship. They pray to the deity to illumine their minds. Hence Ganesha is known as Buddhi Pradayaka, one who grants intelligence. Vinayaka is a deity who encompasses the universe within Himself. He is a deity of infinite potency.

 A boy asked the father: What’s the size of God? Then the father looked up to the sky and seeing an airplane asked the son: What’s the size of that airplane? The boy answered: It’s very small. I can barely see it. So the father took him to the airport and as they approached an airplane he asked: And now, what is the size of this one? The boy answered: Wow daddy, this is huge! Then the father told him: God, is like this, His size depends on the distance between you and  Him. The closer you are to Him, the greater He will be in your life!

Another name for Vinayaka is ‘Vighneswara’. Easwara is one who is endowed with every conceivable form of wealth: riches, knowledge, health, bliss, beauty, etc. Vighneswara is the promoter of all these forms of wealth and removes all obstacles to their enjoyment. He confers all these forms of wealth on those who worship Him. Vinayaka is described as ‘Prathama Vandana’ (the first deity who should be worshipped). As everyone in the world desires wealth and prosperity, everyone offers the first place for worship to Vigneswara. It is only when the inner meanings of various aspects relating to the Divine are understood that worship can be offered to the Divine meaningfully. Unfortunately, as only the superficial and worldly meanings of the scriptural texts are expounded these days, people’s devotion is growing weaker continually. It is essential for everyone to understand the inner meaning of the Vedantic texts.

The Vinayaka Principle, removes all the bad qualities, bad practices and bad thoughts in men, and inculcates in them good qualities, good conduct and good thoughts.

 Vinayaka is also called Ganapati. This term means that He is the Lord of the ganas (a class of divine entities). This term also means that He is the master of the intellect and discriminating power in man. He possesses great intelligence and knowledge. Such knowledge issues from a pure and sacred mind. This knowledge leads to Vijnana (wisdom). He is described as the Lord of Buddhi (intelligence) and Siddhi (wisdom or realisation). Buddhi and Siddhi are referred to as the consorts of Vinayaka. The mouse is the vehicle of Vinayaka. It is a symbol of the attachment to worldly tendencies. It is well known that if you want to catch a mouse you place a strong-smelling edible inside the mouse-trap. The mouse can see well in the dark. As Vinayaka's vehicle, the mouse signifies an object that leads man from darkness to light. The Vinayaka Principle, thus, removes all the bad qualities, bad practices and bad thoughts in men, and inculcates in them good qualities, good conduct and good thoughts.

 From today harness the enthusiasm of youth for carrying to every street and alley, the glory of the Lord's name! The entire atmosphere is surcharged with electro-magnetic waves. Because of the pollution of these waves, the hearts of human beings also get polluted. To purify this atmosphere, you have to chant the Lord's name and sanctify the radio waves. There is pollution in the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we consume. Our entire life has been polluted. All this has to be purified by suffusing the atmosphere with the Divine name. People admire the beauty of Nature, but are not aware of the beauty in their hearts. Make your heart beautiful by adorning it with the sacred love of God. Chant the name with joy in your hearts.

 The proof of the rain is in the wetness of the ground; the proof of devotion is in the peace that the devotee has, peace that protects them against the onslaughts of success as well as failure, fame, dishonour, gain, and loss. Spiritual wisdom is the through-train; you just board it, that is enough, and it takes you directly to the destination. Devotion is the through-carriage. Though it may be detached from one train and connected with another, if you get into it, you need not worry; as long as you stick to your place, it is bound to take you to the destination. Karma (action) is the ordinary train. If you board it, you have to disembark, climb in and climb out at every junction, load your luggage and unload it, and do a good lot of work to reach your destination. Devotion alone is enough even to acquire spiritual wisdom. It ends in seeing only Brahman in all, and it destroys egoism. Wisdom also gives you these.

 Four patients visited a doctor. The doctor examined the first patient and tells him: "There is nothing wrong with you. You will feel better with hot water fermentation for your stomach!" To the second, he gives a medicine to cure his gas trouble. To the third, he prescribes a purgative. After examining the fourth man, the doctor declares that he must undergo an operation immediately. Does the doctor bear any ill will towards him? Not at all. His ailment is different. He suffers from appendicitis, which calls for immediate operation. Likewise, judging from the thoughts and behaviour of different persons, I mete out different types of treatment appropriate for each of them. I do not look at some people. I do not talk to some others. I turn away from some others. All these are different types of prescriptions. Once you realise that your behaviour is responsible for Swami's attitude, you will correct yourself and behave properly in the future.

 God is the embodiment of Love. Love is His nature. His love pervades the entire cosmos. This divine love is present in one and all. Pure Love (Prema) is described as beyond speech and mind (Anirvachaneeyam - indescribable). Divine love cannot be obtained through scholarship, wealth, or physical powers. God, who is the embodiment of love, can be attained only through love, just as the effulgent Sun can be seen, only through its own light. There is nothing more precious in this world than Divine love. God is beyond all attributes. Hence His love also is beyond attributes (Gunatita). But human love, because it is governed by attributes (Gunas), results in attachment and aversion. Love should not be based on expectations of a reward or return, like a business deal. Love is not an article of commerce, like a loan with a repayment schedule. Pure love, which is a spontaneous offering, can originate only from a pure heart.

 The air you breathe, the water you drink, the earth on which you walk are all gifts of God. How grateful are you to the sun, who provides light, which cannot be equalled by all the electric bulbs in the world? Can all the pumpsets in the world provide as much water as is offered in a single downpour of rain? Can all the fans in the world provide as much breeze as you get when the wind blows? Without being grateful for Divine gifts, many of you go after the trivial and waste precious life. The ancient great sages considered devotion as their means of expressing gratitude to Providence. The first quality that all of us must cultivate is gratitude to the Divine. People are thankful for even small acts of service done to them. Is it not necessary to be grateful to the Divine who has provided us with so many essential benefits through Nature and the five elements?

What do we really mean by freedom of the individual?

What do we really mean by freedom of the individual? No one in the world has absolute freedom. Some people think that freedom is being able to speak out whatever they feel. True freedom consists in the recognition of that Divinity, by knowing which, all else is known. Freedom should express itself from the heart. ‘Heart’ here is not your physical heart, or related to any particular place, time or individual or a country! ‘Hrudayam' refers to that Divine principle which is equally present everywhere, at all times and in all people, in every country. Only when unity and harmony is achieved from within, will freedom be meaningful. Without these, to talk about freedom means empty words, without any experience in real life. Also, do not think that spirituality means being alone and living in solitude. The aim of spirituality is to sow the seeds of love in all mankind and enable the buds of Peace to blossom in every mind.

 I am concerned with the spiritual arts, the finest arts, rather than the fine arts. I want spiritually elevating subjects to be depicted in dance, like Radha and Krishna and their sublime relationship, which is beyond the ken of people. One must give up themes such as drunkards, evil men, power-drunk personalities, and clowns, which cater to vulgar tastes. Adjust all items of dance and dramatic representation to the spiritual urge in humanity; foster it, fertilise it, and take people a little nearer to the Goal. The human being is a compound of animal and angel, we can say. The human has in it the wolf, the monkey, the bullock, the jackal, the snake, the peacock, the bear —but beneath all these, the pure spark of Divinity is there too. It is the duty of all who cater to the senses to transform the low values that are now pervading and transmute them into higher values.

 The wrong notion that the world is real and that you are the body has been so deeply implanted in you through birth after birth, that it can be removed only by means of a very potent drug administered continuously. The drug, “Ram Ram Ram” (chanting of God’s name) must be swallowed and assimilated ceaselessly. Its curative essence will travel into every limb, every sense organ, every nerve and every drop of blood. Every atom in you will be transmuted into Ram. You must melt in the crucible and be poured into the Ram mould and become Ram. That is the fruition of real-wisdom, real devotion! This result of chanting Rama, Krishna or any other Name will be experienced by anyone, when chanted continuously with a pure heart and when absorbed in the mind! The Name alone will help control all the vagaries of the senses which drag you away into vanities!

 It is to teach mankind the truth about Divine Love that Love itself incarnates on earth in human form. The scriptures declare that the Divine descends on earth to teach mankind the ways of Dharma, Justice and Truth. "Dharma samsthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge” (I incarnate on earth from age to age to establish Dharma) - This is Krishna's declaration in the Gita. Once people are filled with love, all Dharma, all justice and all truth will be installed in them. Without love, righteousness will be a mechanical ritual. What kind of righteousness can there be without love? What sort of justice can there be? It will be a lifeless corpse. Love is life. Without love, no man can exist for a moment. Krishna......

Krishna, in fulfilling the pledge He had given to Mother Earth, rid the world of many wicked rulers and sought to establish the reign of Righteousness for the protection of the good. The Divine incarnates from age to age to protect the virtuous, punish the wicked and establish righteousness. Krishna is said to have destroyed many wicked persons. But this is not quite correct. It is their own wickedness which destroyed these evil persons. It may be asked: "Is it not Krishna who killed Kamsa?" Not at all. This is the text-book version. In truth, it was Kamsa's own heated bhrama (delusion) which killed him. He was always haunted by the fear of Krishna. His death was a result and a reaction of that fear. One's thoughts determine one’s destiny. Hence, people should cultivate good thoughts and eschew all bad feelings. God has no dislike for anyone. He envies no one. He has no ill-will towards anyone. Nor does He have favourites. The grace one gets is the result of one's own feelings.

There is only one Masculine (Purusha) in creation; all the rest are feminine (stri). There is no fool too; that is only a role played by that particular manifestation of the embodiment of spiritual knowledge, i.e. the Supreme Self (Paramatma). Remember this and do not tarry on your journey to God. You fill up the petrol tank with fuel for the journey that lies ahead, don’t you? If you were to keep the car in the garage, do you go and fill the tank everyday? Well, your body is also fed with fuel so that it may go on a journey: the inner journey to God. That journey is through good karma, pure activities offering its results to God (nishkama karma). Carefully discriminate and perform duties related to the body with the goal that the exertion of the body must be to liberate the soul imprisoned therein! Remember, not all raindrops that fall from the sky manage to reach the sea. Only those that flow into a flowing river attain the goal, for even though all drops come from the sea, only few yearn to return to the source!

There is a vast difference between India now and five centuries ago, in the field of sense-control. Today, senses are allowed free play; people are slaves to greed, lust and egoism. The fault lies entirely with parents and elders. When children take to spirituality, many people scorn them and warn as a sign of insanity! Many still believe religion is a pursuit for old people, not youth! If only you encourage children in this, they can equip themselves better for the battle of life! In the newspapers you read of great success stories, but they are all material! Each one must fight the battle against temptations of the senses, conquer inner foes, and learn to triumph over their ego. This is the real victory which truly deserves congratulations! That is what I referred to as Swarajya (Self-rule). All of you must practice and advise your children: "Be convinced that there is God, guiding and guarding us. Remember Him with gratitude. Pray to Him to render you pure. Love all; serve all. Join good company".

Selfless action is the ideal to be aimed at. But now, everything is measured by the result, the gain that accrues. If you fan a person out of love, when you stop, the person cannot blame you, but when the paid servant stops, the master takes him to task. In the first case, the act is done without selfish desire (in the nishkama way); there is no aim to seek gain. The desire for gain is like the poisonous fangs; when they are pulled out, the snake of karma is rendered harmless. The correct discipline to acquire the desireless (nishkama) attitude is dedication, and that is possible only when you have intense faith in God. That faith becomes steady through spiritual effort. Now, spiritual effort is like the snacks one eats; the main dishes are all of the world, from the world. However, the spiritual must be the major portion of the food.

Everyone should cultivate a spirit of sacrifice that grows with you, as you grow older.

The day becomes holy only when you sanctify it by Sadhana (Spiritual Practices), not otherwise. Sadhana can grow only in a field fertilised by Love. Selfless Love or Prema is the prerequisite for devotion to God (bhakti). The desire and deep love you have today towards material objects, name, fame, spouse and children, should be sanctified and be subsumed by a more overpowering force - Love for God. Add two spoons of water to two litres of milk, the water too will be appreciated as milk! At present your Sadhana can be described only as mixing two litres of water with two spoons of milk! Have the Love of God filling and thrilling your heart; then, you cannot hate any one, you cannot indulge in unhealthy rivalries, and you will not find fault with anyone. Your life will become soft, sweet and smooth!

 Today people are fear-struck because they lack self-confidence. Life is meaningless without self-confidence. From self-confidence, you get courage. Our ancients led a sacred life and performed penance without any fear in dense forests amidst wild animals and wicked demons. What was their source of courage and strength? They had no body attachment  (Dehabhimana). They attached themselves to the Self (Atmabhimana). What was the weapon they carried with them? The weapon of self-confidence! With this, they could even tame wild animals like lions and tigers, and play with them fearlessly! Today, people do not have faith in the Self (Atma). They ask, “Where is Atma?” Atma is everywhere! See the same Atma (Divine) in all beings (Atmavat Sarvabhutani). With hands, feet, eyes, heads, mouth and ears pervading every being, God permeates the entire universe.

Depression, doubt, conceit - these are Rahu and Kethu to the spiritual aspirant.

 You cannot always have pleasure. Pleasure is an interval between two periods of pain. They are like sunshine and shadow. You should make efforts to look at both with equanimity. People want to get all that they desire and they get disillusioned and disappointed. The lighthouse of hope for this ocean of life is God, who is the only permanent entity. This lighthouse never fails. So you should engage yourself in Godly activities with unstinted devotion. Embodiments of Divine Atma! Spend your life in cherishing sacred thoughts, listening to good things, speaking good words, and doing good deeds. If all of you adopt this path, happiness and prosperity will reign in the world. No government or politician or any one in the world can protect you from troubles and disasters. There is only one who can protect you and that is the Supreme Lord. To seek His protection, all of you must wholeheartedly pray, "Let all people in the world enjoy bliss.”

Tame your mind to serve the intellect, and not become a slave of your senses. It must discriminate and detach itself from the body.

 The Lord has endowed you with all his wealth and divine potentialities. You are inheritors of this wealth. You have to discover what that wealth is. Sai's wealth is pure, selfless and boundless Love. This is the truth. It is not the edifices you see here that are Sai's wealth. It is pure, selfless love alone. You must inherit this love, fill yourselves with it and offer it to the world. This is your supreme responsibility as Sai devotees. What is it that you can offer to the Lord who is omnipotent, omnipresent and all-knowing? The various things you offer to God are given out of delusion. Embodiments of the Divine! To realise the Lord, Love is the easiest path. Just as you can see the moon only with the light of the moon, God, who is the Embodiment of Love, can be reached through Love. Regard Love as your life breath. Love was the first quality to emerge in the process of creation. All other qualities came after it. Therefore, fill your hearts with love and base your life on it!

வாழ்க வையகம் வாழ்க வளமுடன்

சுகர்னு doctor கிட்ட போறாங்க .. அவரும் செக் பண்ணிட்டு 1 mg tablet கொடுக்கிறார். ஒரு வருஷம் கழிச்சு சுகர் ஏறிடுச்சுனு 

2 mg tablet கொடுக்கிறார். மறுபடியும் சுகர் ஏறிடுச்சுனு ரெண்டு combination tablet கொடுக்கிறார். மறுபடியும் சுகர் ஏறிடுச்சுனு இன்சுலின் போட சொல்றார். 

அப்புறம் சுகர் கூட BP சேர்ந்திடுச்சுனு PRESSURE மாத்திரை போட சொல்றார்.

ஒருவர் தவறான உணவை உட்கொண்டார் என்று வைத்துக் கொள்வோம்.

தொண்டை வரைக்கும்  அவர் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் நஞ்சு இருப்பதால் அது உள்ளே சென்றுவிடும்!அதற்குப் பின் அதை மூளை கவனித்துக்கொள்ளும்.

1.உடம்புக்குக் கூடாத இந்த நஞ்சை வாந்தி மூலம் வெளியேற்றுமாறு இரைப்பைக்குப் பணிக்கும். 

2.இரைப்பை வாந்தி மூலம் வெளியேற்றித் தள்ளும் போது அவர் உடனே டாக்டரை நாடி "டொம்பெரிடன்" (Domperidone) ஒன்றைப் போட்டு நிறுத்தி விடுவார்.

3.இன்னும் உள்ளுக்குள் நஞ்சு இருப்பதால் இரைப்பையிடம் மூளை விசாரிக்கும்.

4.நான் என்ன செய்ய அரசே, இவன் விடவில்லையே என்று இரைப்பை ஒதுங்கி விடும். 

5.ஆனால் மூளை இறைவன் கொடுத்த பொறுப்பை சரியாக நிறைவேற்ற பேதியாக தள்ளுமாறு குடலைப் பணிக்கும். 

6.உடனே மூளையின் சொல்லுக்குக் கட்டுப்பட்டு குடல் வாயிற்றோட்டமாக அனுப்ப எத்தனிக்கும். 

7.வயிறு கலக்கிக்கொண்டு வரவே மீண்டும் டாக்டரை நாடிச் செல்வார். 

அவரும் ஒரு " லோபிரமைட் " (Loperamide) ஐக் கொடுத்து நிறுத்திவிடுவார். 

8.உடலில் மீண்டும் அதே நஞ்சைக் கண்ட மூளை குடலிடம் விசாரிக்க இரைப்பை சொன்ன அதே பதிலை குடல் சொல்லும். 

9.மூளை அடுத்து சளியாக மாற்றி வெளியேற்றுமாறு நுரையீரலை பணிக்கும். 

10.அப்போது இருமல் வரவே பழையபடி வைத்தியரை நாடி "இருமல் மருந்து" (Cough Syrup) ஒன்றை சாப்பிடுவார். 

11.நான்காவதாக அதை வெளியேற்ற மூளை தோலை நாடும். 

12.சொறி சிறங்கு முலம் தோல் வெளியேற்ற முனையும் போது "தோல் மருந்து" (Anti Allergic medicines) வகைகளை பாவித்து அதையும் நிறுத்தி விடுவார். 

வெளியேறும் அனைத்து வழிகளும் அடைபட்ட நிலையில் நஞ்சை வெளியேற்றும் வரை மூளை ஓயாது என்பதால் வேறு வழியைத் தேடும். 

13 உடம்புக்குள் ஒரு குப்பைத்தொட்டியை (கட்டி) உருவாக்கி அதில் நஞ்சை சேமிக்கும். 

கொஞ்ச நாளில் நம்மவர் ஸ்கேன் பண்ணிப் பார்த்து அதையும் வெட்டி வீசி விடவே மூளை ”இனி யாரையும் நம்பி பிரயோஜனம் இல்லை” என்று நஞ்சைத் தனது கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குள் கொண்டு வரும். அது "மூளை கேன்சர் கட்டி" (Brain Tumour) ஆக மாறும் அபாயம் உண்டு. எமது உடலுக்கு எது தேவையோ அதை நீங்கள் தெளிவாகப் புரியும் பாஷையில் மூளை சொல்லும்.

உடலுக்குத் தண்ணீர் தேவை என்றால் அது தாகம் என்ற பாஷையில் உங்களோடு பேசும். 

வாய்மொழியைக் கூட நாம் கவனிக்காது விட்டு விடுவோம் என்பதாலோ என்னவோ எந்நேரமும் கவனிக்க ஏதுவான உணர்ச்சி மொழியால் மூளை பேசுகிறது. 

உடலுக்கு சக்தி தேவைப்பட்டால் பசி எனும் உணர்ச்சி மொழியால் மூளை பேசும். குளிர் வந்தால் போர்த்தச் சொல்லும். வெப்பம் வந்தால் குளிக்கச் சொல்லும்.

இப்படி உடலுக்குத் தேவையபானவற்றை உணர்வை மொழியாக்கி மூளை சொல்லும்போது அதற்கெல்லாம் வைத்தியரை நாடி நாம் போவதில்லை.

பசிக்கிறது மருந்து தாருங்கள் என்று வைத்தியசாலை போவோமா? அல்லது சிற்றுண்டிச் சாலை போவோமா? இதை நோய் என்று அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது யார்? 

வயிற்றோட்ட உணர்வை மூளை ஏற்படுத்தியது நஞ்சைக் கழிக்கவே. 

இதையும் நோய் என்று அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது யார்? 

சொறி என்று சொன்னாலே சொறிந்து விடு என்று தானே அர்த்தம். 

கையைக் கூட நம்மை அறியாமல் மூளை சொறியவைக்கிறது என்றால் இதை நோய் என்று அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது யார்?

மூக்கு ஒழுகுதல்,சளி பிடித்தல்,இருமல்,காய்ச்சல்,இவைகளை நோய்கள் என்று நினைப்பது அறியாமை!இதற்கு மருத்துவம் செய்து இரசாயன வில்லைகளை விழுங்குவது அறியாமையின் உச்சம்.இவைகள் நம் உடல் முழு ஆரோக்கியம் நிலையில் உள்ளதை காட்டுகிறது!இவைகள் நம் உடல் கழிவுகளை வெளியேற்றும் அற்புத இறை செயல்!

மருத்துவம்,உடல் சுத்திகரிக்கும் செயலை தடுத்து,கழிவுகளை உடலிலேயே தங்கவைத்து, மேலும் சேர்த்து,நோய்களை பெரிதாக்கி புற்று நோய்வரை கொண்டு செல்லும்!உடல் மொழியை புரிந்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்!

ஜி. டி. நாயுடு பற்றி பலருக்கு தெரியாத விஷயங்கள் என்ன?

ஜி. டி. நாயுடு பற்றி பலருக்கு தெரியாத விஷயங்கள் என்ன? 

ஜிடி. நாயுடு இயந்திரங்கள், மின் சாதனங்கள், விவசாயம் என்று பல துறைகளில் கண்டுபிடிப்புகளை தந்தவர். விஞ்ஞானி, தொழிலதிபர், புகைப்படக்காரர் என்று பல முகங்களை கொண்டவர். அந்நியன் படத்தில் கடைசி காட்சியில் நியூஸ் ரீல் முடிந்ததும் வரும் வசனத்தில் ஒரு வரி.. இது வெறும் நியூஸ் ரீல் இல்ல.. இந்தியா தவறவிட்ட தருணங்களின் தொகுப்பு… (வசனம் - சுஜாதா..) அப்படி நம் நாடு தவறவிட்ட தொகுப்பு தான் ஜி.டி நாயுடு. சமீபத்தில் வினோத் ஜான் என்பவர் எழுதிய "ஜி.டி. நாயுடு - இந்தியாவின் எடிசன்" எனும் புத்தகம் படித்ததில். அதில் பல நிகழ்வுகள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதில் ஒன்று அவரது பேட்டரியில் இயங்கும் "ரேசன்ட் பிளேடு" எனும் பெயரில் வந்த ஷேவிங் ரேசர் பிளேடுகள்.  அந்தப் பிளேடுக்கு உலக சந்தையில் பிரம்மாண்ட வரவேற்பு கிடைத்தது. ஒரு பிளேடை வைத்து ஒரு முறை அல்லது இரண்டு முறைதான் சவரம் செய்யலாம். ஆனால் இந்த ஒரு பிளேடால் 200 முறை செய்தாலும் அதன் முனை மழுங்காது என்றால் அது சாதனைதான். மேலும் இதுவரை உலக அரங்கில் விற்பனைக்கு வந்த மிக உயர்ரக பிளேடுகளை விட, திரு. ஜி.டி. நாயுடு கண்டுபிடித்த பிளேடுதான் உலகிலேயே மிகவும் இலேசானது. அதாவது, ஓர் அங்குலத்தில் ஒன்றின் கீழ் இருநூறு பாகம் குறுக்கு அளவு உடையதாகும். அந்த பிளேடைக் கையிலெடுத்து, அதன் இரு முனைகளையும் வளைத்து இரு ஓரங்களில் கொண்டு வந்து பார்த்தாலும் அந்த பிளேடு ஒடியாது. மின்சாரத்தில் இயங்க கூடிய ரேசரில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் இந்த பிளேடு உலகின் பல பொருட்காட்சிளில் கலந்து கொண்டு பரிசைப்பெற்றுள்ளது.  இந்தப் பிளேடு கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டதே ஒரு சுவாரஸ்யமான கதை தான். 1932-ஆம் ஆண்டின்போது ஜி.டி. நாயுடு தன் முதல் உலகச் சுற்றுப் பயணம் செய்த நேரத்தில், முக சவரம் செய்துக் கொள்ள இலண்டன் நகரிலுள்ள ஒரு முடிவெட்டும் கடைக்குச் சென்று ஷேவிங் செய்து கொண்டார். முகம் சவரம் செய்த பின்பு எவ்வளவு கூலி என்று ஜி.டி.நாயுடு கடைக்காரனைக் கேட்டபோது, அவன் ஒரு ஷில்லிங் என்றான். அதன் மதிப்பு அன்றய நமது நாட்டு நாணயத்திற்கு 75 புதுக் காசுக்குச் சமம். முக சவரத்துக்கு அன்றைய காலத்தில் இது அதிகப்படியான கூலி தான் என்பதை உணர்ந்த ஜி.டி.நாயுடு, கடைக்காரருக்கு காசைக் கொடுத்து விட்டு வெளிவந்த அன்றே - ஒரு முடிவான எண்ணத்துக்கு வந்தார். இனிமேல் முக சவரம் செய்ய கடைக்குப் போகக் கூடாது. ஒன்று முகத்தை நாமே சவரம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். இல்லை யானால் தாடியை வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் - என்பதுதான் அந்த முடிவு. தாடி வளர்த்துக் கொண்டால், அது நமது தொழிலுக்கு ஒத்து வராது என்றுணர்ந்த ஜி.டி.நாயுடு அவர்கள், தாமே ஷேவிங் செய்து கொள்வதே சிறந்தது என்ற முடிவுக்கு வந்தார். சுய சவரம் செய்த ஜி.டி.நாயுடுவின் முகத்தில் பிளேடுகளால் பல வடுக்கள், காயங்கள், ரத்தக் கசிவுகள் ஏற்பட்டுவிட்டன. முக சவரம் செய்திட நாயுடு பயன்படுத்திய பிளேடுகள் எல்லாமே - போதிய அளவுக்குக் கூர்மை இல்லை. அதனால்தான் முகத்தில் ரத்தக் காயங்களும், வடுக்களும் ஏற்பட்டுவிட்டன என்பதை உணர்ந்த ஜி.டி.நாயுடு புதிய பிளேடு கண்டுபிடித்தால் என்ன என்று எண்ணி, அதற்கான செயலில் ஈடுபட்டார். தோல்வியே ஏற்பட்டது அவரது முயற்சிக்கு! இலண்டன் நகரை விட்டு, நாயுடு ஜெர்மன் நாட்டிலுள்ள பெர்லின் நகருக்குச் சென்று முக சவரம் செய்து கொள்ள அங்குள்ள ஒரு கடைக்காரனை எவ்வளவு பணம் என்று நாயுடு கேட்டார். அவன் ஜெர்மன் நாணய மதிப்பில் ஒரு மார்க்கு என்றான். ஒரு மார்க்கு கூலி அதிகமானது என்று எண்ணிய ஜி.டி.நாயுடு, கடையை விட்டு வெளியேறி, ஜெர்மன் பிளேடுகளிலே சிலவற்றை வாங்கிப் பார்த்து, அவற்றில் மக்களால் மதிக்கப்படும் பிளேடு எதுவோ, அதனால் அவர் சவரம் செய்து பார்த்தார். பழையபடி அவர் முகம் ரத்தக் காயங்களாயின; அதனால் வடுக்களும் உண்டாயின. இவற்றை மீண்டும் முகத்தில் கண்ட நாயுடு அவர்கள், மறுபடியும் புதிய பிளேடு கண்டுபிடிக்கும் முயற்சியிலே ஈடுபட்டார் அவர். அதற்கான விஞ்ஞானச் சோதனைகளை நாயுடு அவர்கள், பெர்லின் சோதனைச் சாலைகளிலே சென்று ஆராய்ச்சி நடத்தினார். “ஹெயில் பிரான்” என்ற ஒரு நகரம், ரசாயனப் பொருட்களுக்குப் புகழ்பெற்ற இடமாகும். அங்கே "கோபர் - ஆப் டெல்டாஸ்" என்ற பெயருடைய ஒரு விஞ்ஞானியின் சோதனைச் சாலை இருந்தது. அந்தத் தொழிற் சாலையின் நிருவாகிகளை நாயுடு அணுகி, 'நான் ஒரு விஞ்ஞான சோதனை நடத்த விரும்புகிறேன். எனக்கு ஒரு சிறு இடம் ஒதுக்கித் தரமுடியுமா என்று கேட்டார். அதற்கு அந்த நிருவாகம் அவருடைய முயற்சியை ஏற்றுத் தனி இடம் ஒன்றை உருவாக்கி, அந்த அறையில் விஞ்ஞான சோதனைக்கு வேண்டிய எல்லா வசதிகளையும் செய்து கொடுத்தது. தனது பிளேடு கண்டுபிடிப்பின் முதல் முயற்சியை, அந்த கோயர் - ஆஸ்பெல்டரிஸ் தொழிற் கூடத்திலே தான் ஜி.டி. நாயுடு துவக்கினார். சோதனை மேல் சோதனைகளை நடத்திக் கொண்டே இருந்தார். இரவும் - பகலும் அதே சோதனையிலேயே தொடர்ந்து ஈடுபட்டார். சில நாட்கள் இவ்வாறு அவர் இடைவிடாமல் செய்த சோதனைகளால் வெற்றியைப் பெற்றார். உயர்ந்த ரகமான, தரமான ஒரு பிளேடைக் கண்டுபிடித்து, அதற்கு "ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு" என்று பெயரிட்டார். விஞ்ஞான அறிவு பெற்ற பல வித்தகர்கள் நடமாடும் தொழிற்சாலை அது என்பதால், அங்கே தினந்தோறும் வந்து போகும் அறிவியல் ஆய்வாளர்கள், ஜி.டி. நாயுடுவின் ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு கண்டுபிடிப்பை வெகுவாகப் பாராட்டினார்கள். பிளேடின் பெயரையும், பிளேடையும் ஜெர்மன் நாட்டிலேயே பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளுமாறு, பாராட்டிய பண்பாளர்கள் ஜி.டி.நாயுடு அவர்களிடம் வற்புறுத்திக் கூறினார்கள். அவர்கள் எண்ணம் சரியானதுதான் என்று நம்பிய ஜி.டி. நாயுடு அவர்கள், 600 மார்க்குகள் கட்டணம் கட்டித் தனது பிளேடை ஜெர்மன் நாட்டிலே பதிவு செய்தார். ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு மின்சார சக்தியால் இயங்கக் கூடியது. பிளேடுக்குரிய மோட்டாரை ஜெர்மன் நாட்டிலும், கைப்பிடியை சுவிட்சர்லாந்து நாட்டிலும் ஜி.டி.நாயுடு தயாரித்தார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்க சம்பவமாகும். பிளேடு தயாரிப்பதற்குரிய உயர்ந்த ரக இரும்பை நார்வே நாட்டிலே இருந்து அவர் பெற்றார். பத்தாயிரம் பிளேடுகளை முதன் முதலாக உற்பத்தி செய்தார். அவற்றை உலகம் எங்குமுள்ள தனது நண்பர்களுக்கும், தெரிந்தவர்களுக்கும் சிலவற்றை அனுப்பி வைத்தார். நன்றாக அந்தப் பிளேடுகளை விளம்பரம் செய்யுமாறு நாயுடு அவர்களைக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். இலண்டன் நகரில் உள்ள கடைக்காரர்களை நாயுடு அணுகி, தனது பிளேடுகளை அவரவர் கடைகளின் காட்சி அறைகளில் மக்களின் பார்வைக்கு வைக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொண்டதற்கு அவர்கள் மறுத்துவிட்டார்கள். பிறகு, சில்லறைக் கடைக்காரர்களைப் பார்த்து, பிளேடு ஒன்றை 15 ஷில்லிங்குக்குத் தருவதாகவும், அவற்றை விற்றுக் கொடுக்கும்படியும் கேட்டார்; ஒரு சிலர் நாயுடு கூறியதைக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டு அவ்விதமே செய்தார்கள். சில நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு, சிறு கடைக்காரர்கள் கடைகளில் பிளேடுகள் நன்றாக, பரபரப்பாக விற்பனையானதால், நாயுடு பிளேடுகளுக்கு அங்கே நல்ல மரியாதை உண்டானது. இலண்டன் சிறு கடைகளில் நாயுடு அவர்களின் ரேசண்ட் பிளேடுகளுக்கு நல்ல விற்பனைகள் பெருகி, பிளேடுகளுக்கு கிராக்கி உருவானதால், பிளேடு ஒன்றுக்கு 10 ஷில்லிங் விலையை ஏற்றினார். ஒரு பிளேடு 25 வில்லிங் விலைக்கு அவை விற்கப்பட்டன. இரண்டே மாதத்தில் இலண்டனில் மட்டும் 7500 பிளேடுகள் போட்டிப் போட்டு விற்பனையாயின. அதே ரேசண்ட் பிளேடுகள் இந்தியா விற்பனைக்கும் வந்தன. ஒரு பிளேடு விலை 9 ரூபாய்க்கு விற்றது. இவ்வாறு நாயுடு பிளேடுகள் இலண்டன் கடைகளிலே போட்டிப் போட்டு விற்பனையானதால், ஏற்கனவே விற்றுக் கொண்டிருந்த பழைய நிறுவனங்களது பிளேடுகளுக்கு எல்லாம் செல்வாக்குக் குறைந்துவிட்டது. இதனால் வியாபாரிகளுக்கு இடையே பொறாமை ஏற்பட்டது, அவர்கள் நாயுடு பிளேடுகளின் விற்பனையைக் கண்டு அஞ்சினார்கள். எப்படியாவது நாயுடு பிளேடுகளின் விற்பனைச் செல்வாக்கைக் குறைக்க வியாபாரிகள் நினைத்தார்கள், முடியவில்லை. நாளுக்கு நாள் ரேசண்ட் பிளேடுகளின் விற்பனையே பெருகின. எனவே, பழைய நிறுவனக்காரர்கள் - தங்களது பிளேடுகளின் விற்பனையைப் பெருக்கவும், இழந்த விற்பனைச் செல்வாக்கை மீண்டும் மக்களிடம் நிலை நாட்டிடவும், நாயுடு பிளேடுகள் விற்பனையைத் தகர்க்கவும் திட்டமிட்டார்கள். இலண்டன் நகரத்திலே உள்ள ஒரு பெரிய இங்லிஷ்காரர் நிறுவனம், 'டெலி ரேசர் - Tele razor' என்ற பெயரில் ஒரு புதிய பிளேடைத் தயாரித்துக் கடை வீதிகளுக்கு அனுப்பி விற்கச் செய்தார்கள். பிளேடு ஒன்றின் விலை 15 ஷில்லிங்குக்கு விற்றிட அந்தப் புதிய நிறுவனம் ஏற்பாடு செய்தும் கூட, நாயுடு அவர்களின் பிளேடுகள் விற்பனைச் செல்வாக்கை அது உடைத்தெறிய முடியாமல் தோற்றுவிட்டது. இதிலும் நாயுடுவே இலண்டன் வியாபாரிகளைத் தோற்கடித்து விட்டார். விலையைக் குறைத்து விற்றிட்ட புதிய நிறுவனமும் நாளடைவில் மூடப்பட்டு விட்டது. இலண்டனில் தனது பிளேடுகளுக்கு நல்ல விற்பனைக் கிராக்கியை உருவாக்கிய ஜி.டி. நாயுடு அமெரிக்கா சென்றார். நாயுடு அவர்கள், அமெரிக்கா போவதற்கு முன்பாகவே, அவரது பிளேடுகள் அமெரிக்கர்களிடம் நல்ல செல்வாக்கோடு விற்பனையாகிக் கொண்டிருந்ததால், அமெரிக்கா சென்ற நாயுடுவை அங்கிருந்த பெரிய நிறுவனங்கள் சில அவரைப் பாராட்டிப் பெருமைப்படுத்தின. அமெரிக்க வணிகர்கள் ஜி.டி. நாயுடுவின் விஞ்ஞான விந்தையைப் பாராட்டியதோடு நில்லாமல், உலகம் புகழும் ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு விற்பனை உரிமையைத் தங்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டு மென்று கேட்டார்கள். அமெரிக்க வியாபார நிறுவனங்கள் எப்படியாவது ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு விற்பனை உரிமையைப் பெற்றுவிடுவது என்று, ஒன்றுக் கொன்று போட்டியிட்டு நாயுடுவை அணுகின. அந்த நிறுவனங்களில் பெரிய நிறுவனம் ஒன்று விக்டர் என்ற அமெரிக்க வியாபார நிறுவனம். அதன் முதலாளியான விக்டர் என்பவர், ஜி.டி. நாயுடு தனது நிறுவனத்தில் பணி செய்ய விருப்பப்பட்டால், அவருக்கு மாதம் 3000 டாலர், அதாவது இன்றய இந்திய நாணய மதிப்பின்படி 225000 ரூபாய் மாதச் சம்பளம் தருகிறேன்; வேலைக்கும் வைத்துக் கொள்கிறேன் என்ற வாக்குறுதியை வழங்கி, பணியில் சேருமாறு நாயுடுவைப் பார்த்துக் கேட்டார். அதை திரு. ஜி.டி. நாயுடு மறுத்து விட்டார். தமிழ் நாட்டில் யு.எம்.எஸ். என்ற மோட்டார் கூட்டுறவு நிறுவனத்தை உருவாக்கி, 200 பேருந்துகளுக்கு மேல் நடத்துபவர் ஜி.டி. நாயுடு. ஆயிரக் கணக்கானத் தொழிலாளர்கள் அவரது அதிகாரத்தில் பணி புரிகிறார்கள். அப்படிப்பட்டவர் இன்னொருவருடைய நிறுவனத்தில் பணிக்கமர்வாரா ? அதனால், அந்த அமெரிக்க முதலாளியின் அன்பான வாக்குறுதி அழைப்பை ஏற்க நாயுடு மறுத்து விட்டார். மற்றொரு அமெரிக்க முதலாளி ஜி.டி.நாயுடு விடம் பேசும்போது, ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு உரிமையைத் தனது நிறுவனத்துக்கு உரிமையாக்கினால், "மூன்று லட்சம் டாலர் அதாவது, 15 இலட்சம் ரூபாயை விலையாகக் கொடுக்கத் தயார்" என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டார் அன்றைய காலக்கட்டத்தில அது மிகப்பெரிய தொகை. அதையும் திரு. ஜி.டி. நாயுடு ஏற்க மறுத்து விட்டார். வேறொரு அமெரிக்க முதலாளி, ஜி.டி. நாயுடுவிடம் உரையாடியபோது, "எனது சொந்த ஊரான சிகாகோ என்ற நகரத்தில், உமது ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு தொழிற்சாலையை உருவாக்குகிறேன். அங்கே ரேசண்ட் பிளேடுகளைத் தயாரிப்போம். விற்பனையில் கிடைக்கும் மொத்த லாபத் தொகையில் பாதி அளவை, அதாவது 50 சதவிகிதத்தை உமக்குப் பணமாகக் கொடுக்கின்றேன்" என்று தெரிவித்தார். அதையும் ஜி.டி. நாயுடு அவர்கள் சிரித்துக் கொண்டே மறுத்து விட்டார். இவ்வாறு அமெரிக்க முதலாளிகள் ஒவ்வொருவராகப் போட்டிப் போட்டுக் கொண்டு வலைவீசி, ஆசை காட்டி, ஜி.டி. நாயுடுவை பணிய வைக்க முயன்றார்கள். பிளேடின் உரிமையை விலைக்கு வாங்கப் போட்டிப் போட்டார்கள் என்றால், அந்த பிளேடின் தரம், திறம், செல்வாக்கு, மதிப்பு, மரியாதை எப்படிப் பட்டதாக இருந்திருக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வளவு பெரிய பொருட் குவியலை; அந்த ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு அமெரிக்காவில் ஜி.டி.நாயுடுவின் காலடியில் குவித்த போதும்கூட, அவற்றை எல்லாம் ஜி.டி.நாயுடு துச்சமெனத் துக்கி எறிந்தார். காரணம் அந்த பிளேடு தமிழ் மண்ணிலேயே தயாராக வேண்டும்; உற்பத்தி செய்யப்பட்ட அந்த ரேசண்ட் பிளேடுகள் தமிழ் மண்ணிலே இருந்து, பாரதப் பூமியிலே இருந்து ஏற்றுமதியாகி உலகெங்கும் கொடி கட்டிப் பறந்து, அதன் பெருமை, செல்வாக்கு, மதிப்பு, மரியாதை, புகழ் அனைத்தும் இந்திய மண்ணுக்கே வந்தடைய வேண்டும் என்ற தேச பக்தி உணர்வால்; அமெரிக்கர்களது பணக் குவியல் பேராசையைத் துக்கி எறிந்தார் நாயுடு அவர்கள். ஜி.டி. நாயுடுவின் இந்த முயற்சிக்கு அப்போது சென்னை மாநில ஆட்சியின் செயலாளர்களாகப் பணியாற்றிக் கொண்டிருந்த எம்.ஏ.சீனிவாசன், எஸ்.வி.இராமமூர்த்தி என்பவர்கள் அதற்கான பணிகளில் உதவி செய்திட முன் வந்தார்கள். ஆனால், தில்லியிலே உள்ள அரசு அவர்களுக்கு உதவிட முன்வராமல் இருந்துவிட்டது ஒரு காரணம். என்றாலும், நார்வே நாட்டில் கிடைத்திட்ட உயர் ரகம் இரும்பு இந்தியாவில் கிடைக்காததும் மறு காரணமாக அமைந்தது. அதனால், இன்று வரை ரேசண்ட் பிளேடு தயாரிப்பகம் இந்தியாவிலும், தமிழ் நாட்டிலும் அமைக்கப்படாமலே போய் விட்டது

கடந்த 30 வருடங்களாக நடிகர்களின் பேச்சை கேட்டு முட்டாள்களாகவே மாறி அவர்களை அரசாள அனுமதித்திருக்கிறோம். மீண்டும் அது தொடர்ந்தால் ஓட்டிற்கு காசு வாங்கும் ஈன பிழைப்பை தொடருவதை தவிர வேறு வழியில்லை.

இப்பொழுது ஒரு கூட்டம் நாங்கள் தமிழ்நாட்டில்தான் மிக அதிகமாக படித்துள்ளோம் எங்களுக்குத்தான் GER Ratio அதிகமாக உள்ளது, நாங்கள் இந்தியாவைவிட மேல் என்றெல்லாம் கம்பு சுற்றி வருகிறார்கள். 

இந்த  18 வருடங்களாக தமிழ்நாட்டு கல்வியை பார்த்து வருகிறேன். நான் பார்த்த வரையில் நம் தமிழ்நாட்டின் தேர்வுமுறை உண்மையான அறிவை சோதிக்கும் தேர்வு முறை அல்ல . மாணவர்களின் அறிவை வளர்ப்பதை விட்டு அவர்களை தேர்ச்சி பெற வைக்க மற்றும் மதிப்பெண் வாங்க மட்டுமே உதவும் தேர்வுமுறையாக உள்ளது. 

இந்த தேர்வுமுறையில் மிக அதிகமாக மாணவர்களை பட்டம் வாங்க வைக்க மட்டும் தான்  முடியும். சொல்லப்போனால் இது ஒரு ஏட்டு சுரைக்காய்தான் நமக்கு இருந்த தேர்வுமுறையை பற்றி சிறிது விளக்கமாக கூற விரும்புகிறேன்

1. நம் தேர்வுமுறை Blue Print எனப்படும் முறையை பின்பற்றி இருந்தது 

2. Bule print என்றால் எந்த பாடத்தில் எந்த கேள்வியை கேட்க வேண்டும் எவ்வளவு கேள்வி கேட்க வேண்டும், இந்த நம்பர் கேள்வி இந்த பாடத்தில் இருந்து இந்த பிரிவில் இருந்து மட்டுமே கேட்க வேண்டும் என்பதாகும். அதுவும் பட புத்தககத்தில் உள்ள கேள்வி ஒரு எழுத்து மாறாமல் கேட்க வேண்டும் என்ற rule புக் ஆகும்.

3. மாணவனுக்கு ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட கேள்வி எண்ணில் எந்த கேள்வி வரும் என்று தேர்விற்கு முன்னரே தெரியும்

4. இது ஒரு விதத்தில் கேள்வித்தாளை மாணவனுக்கு முன்கூட்டியே கொடுப்பதற்கு சமம் 

5. மாணவர்கள் கேள்வித்தாளை முழுமையாக படித்ததே இல்லை. தேர்வில் கேள்வியின் முதல் வார்த்தையை பார்த்தவுடன் பதில் எழுத ஆரம்பித்து விடுவான்.

6.  கணக்கு பாடத்தை கூட மனப்பாடம் செய்து எழுதிய அவலம் இங்குதான் நடந்தது

7. இதற்க்கு ஒரு எடுத்துக்காட்டு கூற விரும்புகிறேன். ஒரு பிரபல பள்ளியில் படித்த மாணவன் என்னிடம் ஆலோசனை பெற வந்திருந்தான். அவன் +2 கணிதத்தில் 199/200 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருந்தான். என் மேசையில் ஒரு கணித Question Bank இருந்தது. அதில் ஒரு கேள்வி Find the Rank of the matrix என்பதாகும். அதை பார்த்தவுடன் சார் இதற்க்கு பதில் மூன்று என்றான். எப்படித்தம்பி கூறுகிறாய்? இதற்க்கு நிறைய calculation செய்ய வேண்டுமே என்றேன். சார் இது எங்கள் book back கேள்விதான் சார் Diagonal element ல் மூன்று lambda வந்தால் பதில் மூன்று சார் என்றான். நாங்கள் அனைவரும் அப்படித்தானே படித்தோம் என்றான். நான் அவனிடம் off digagonal element எண்களை மாற்றினால் பதில் மாறிவிடுமே  என்றேன். அதற்க்கு அவன் சார் அப்படி மாறினால் அதை out of syllabus என்று எங்கள் ஆசிரியர்களே மதிப்பெண் வாங்கி கொடுத்து விடுவார்கள். Rank of the matrix என்று கேள்வி வந்தாலே நாங்கள் மூன்று என்றுதான் பதில் எழுதவேண்டும் என்றான். இதுதான் நம் கல்வியின் நிலைமை.

8. இன்று போட்டித்தேர்வுகளுக்கு போகும் நம் மாணவர்களுக்கு பதில் தெரியவில்லை என்றால் பரவாயில்லை கேள்வியே தெரிவதில்லை என்பதுதான் மிகப்பெரிய பிரச்னை. இதற்க்கு மேல்கூறிய தேர்வுமுறையே காரணம்.

9. இந்த தேர்வுமுறையை வைத்துக்கொண்டு நாங்கள் இவ்வளவு சதவிகிதம் பாஸ் எங்கள் GER Ration இவ்வள்வு என்று பீத்திக்கொள்வது எப்படி முறையாகும்

10. இந்த தேர்வுமுறை அடிமைகளை உருவாக்குவதற்குத்தான்  பயன்பட்டது. சுய சிந்தனை என்பது இல்லாமலேயே போய் விட்டது. இந்த பெருமை பேசும் அனைத்து போராளிகளின் குழந்தைகளும் CBSE பாடத்திட்டத்தில் படிப்பதே இதற்கு சிறந்த எடுத்துக்காட்டாகும்.

11. பாடத்திட்டத்தை குறைக்க வேண்டும் என்று போராட்டம் நடத்தப்பட்டது தமிழ்நாட்டில்தான். பாடத்திட்டத்தின் தரத்திற்க்காக போராட்டம் நடத்தப்பட்டதே இல்லை. அதனால் தான் 14 வருடங்களாக பாடத்திட்டம் மாறாமலேயே இருந்தது. மாணவர்களின் தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் அவர்கள் எழுதிய தேர்வு சார்ந்து இல்லாமல் அரசியல் சார்ந்தும் இருந்தது தான் கொடுமையிலும் மிகப்பெரிய கொடுமை.

12. அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கி அவர்களை தேர்ச்சி பெறவைத்து GER Ratio அதிகம் என்று பீத்திக்கொள்வது எப்படி உண்மையான சாதனையாக இருக்க்க முடியும்.

நான் சில கேள்விகளையும் கேட்க விரும்புகிறேன் 

1. GER Ratio அதிகம் உள்ளதை வைத்து நாம் என்ன சாதித்திருக்கிறோம்??

 2. எத்தனை கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் செய்திருக்கிறோம்???

3.  நம் நாட்டிற்கு அதன் மூலம் எவ்வளவு பயனீட்டி கொடுத்திருக்கிறோம்??

4.  எவ்வளவு Patent வங்கியிருக்கிறோம்??

5.  மென்பொருள் துறையில் கூட 30 வருடங்களாக அடிமை வேலைதானே செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். அடிமை வேலை செய்வதற்காகத்தான் நம் கல்வி முறை மக்களை உருவாக்குகிறதா?

6. அகில இந்திய அளவில் நடக்கும் வேலை போட்டியில் எவ்வளவு வென்றிருக்கிறோம்??

7. விளையாட்டு துறையில் எவ்வளவு சாதித்து இருக்கிறோம்??  கேட்டால் இந்தி பேசுபவர்களின் சதி என்பார்கள். இந்தி பேசாத ஆந்திரா போன்ற மாநிலங்கள் தேசிய அளவில் நடக்கும் போட்டிகளில் வெல்கிறார்களே அது எப்படி??? எடுத்துகாட்டாக நாட்டில் உள்ள IITகளில் 60% மாணவர்கள் ஆந்திராவில் இருந்து மட்டும். அதே போல் தேசிய வேலைவாய்ப்புகளில் அவர்கள் மிக அதிகமாகவே உள்ளார்கள்அது எப்படி??

எனவே வெறும் பெருமை பேசாமல் #NEP 2020 உள்ள குறைகள் எதாவது இருந்தால் அரசுக்கு எழுதுங்கள். இந்திய அரசாங்கம் உங்களுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல உங்கள் சந்ததிக்கும் சேர்த்தே இந்த கல்விக்கொள்கையை 34 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகு கொண்டுவந்துள்ளார்கள். முதல்முறையாக 6% அரசு வருமானம் கல்விக்கு செலவிடப்பட உள்ளது. கடந்த பல வருடங்களாக கருத்து கேட்டு கிட்டத்தட்ட 2 லட்சம் கருத்துக்களை உள்வாங்கி இதை வடிவமைத்துள்ளார்கள்.  அப்போதெல்லாம் எதுவும் சொல்லாமலே இப்பொழுது சில நடிகர்களின் சொல்லை வேதவாக்காக கருதிக்கொண்டு பேசுவது நம்மையெல்லாம் பெரும் குழிக்குள் தள்ளிவிடும். 

கடந்த 30 வருடங்களாக நடிகர்களின் பேச்சை கேட்டு முட்டாள்களாகவே மாறி  அவர்களை அரசாள அனுமதித்திருக்கிறோம். மீண்டும் அது தொடர்ந்தால் ஓட்டிற்கு காசு வாங்கும் ஈன பிழைப்பை தொடருவதை தவிர வேறு வழியில்லை.

திருமாலுக்கு மிகவும் உகந்த விரதம் ஏகாதசி விரதம் ஆகும்

 ஏகாதசி திதி 15 நாட்களுக்கு ஒரு முறை வரும் . இந்த திதியை புண்யகாலம் என்பர் . இதில் மார்கழி மாத வளர்பிறையில் வரும் வைகுண்ட ஏகாதசி மிகவும் பிரபலமாக இருக்கிறது. ஓராண்டில் 25 ஏகாதசிகள் வருகின்றன இந்த நாளில் விரதமிருந்தால் வாழும்போது செல்வச்செழிப்பும் ; வாழ்விற்கு பின் மோட்சமும் கிடைக்கும்.

ஏகாதசியை விட சிறந்த விரதம் கிடையாது என்று பதினெட்டு புராணங்களும் கூறுகின்றன. அதனால், ஏகாதசி அன்று அதிகாலையில் எழுந்து நீராடி, விரதத்திற்கு தயாராக வேண்டும். அன்றைய தினம் துளசி இலைகளை பறிக்கக் கூடாது, அதனால், அதை முதல் நாளே பறித்து தயார் நிலையில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

அன்றைய தினம் முழுவதும் துளசி தீர்த்தம் மட்டும் அருந்தி விரதம் இருப்பது நல்லது. முடியாதவர்கள், பழங்களை நிவேதனம் செய்து சாப்பிடலாம். சிறிது பலகாரங்களையும் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் பகலில் தூங்கக் கூடாது.

இரவில் கண்டிப்பாக பஜனை செய்ய வேண்டும். இது முடியாவிட்டால், விஷ்ணு பற்றிய நூல்களை படிக்கலாம். இந்த விரதம் இருந்தால் பாவங்கள் நீங்கும், உடல் ஆரோக்கியமாகும், வீட்டில் செல்வம் பெருகும், சந்ததி வளரும் என்பது நம்பிக்கை.

வைகுண்ட ஏகாதசி விரதம் இருப்பவர்கள், மறுநாள் துவாதசி அன்று “பாரணை ” என்னும் விரதத்தை மேற் கொள்வார்கள். ஏகாதசி மரணமும், துவாதசி தகனமும் யோகிகளுக்கு கூட கிடைக்காது என்ற சொல் வழக்கில் இருந்தே இந்த விரதங்களின் சிறப்பை உணர்ந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

வைகாதசிக்கு முன்தினமான தசமி அன்று இரவு பழங்களை மட்டும் சாப்பிடுவது நல்லது. இதனால் மறுநாள் உண்ணா நோன்பு இருக்கும் போது உடலில் உள்ள கழிவுகள் விரைவில் வெளியேறும். விரதத்தை முடித்த உடன் ஜீரணமாவதற்கு கடினமான உணவுகளை உட்கொள்ளக் கூடாது. உபவாசத்தின் போது சுருங்கிப்போன குடலை இயங்கச் செய்ய முதலில் பழவகைகளையும் சுலபமாக ஜீரணமாகும் உணவுகளையும் மட்டுமே சாப்பிட வேண்டும்.

வரும் ஆகஸ்ட் 5 ஆம் தேதி அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்கான பூமி பூஜை நடக்கிறது.நமது பிரதமர் மோடி அடிக்கல் நாட்டுகிறார். இதை முன்னிட்டு நியூயார்க் நகரில் இருக்கும் டைம் ஸ்கொயர் பில்போர்டில் ராமரின் புகைப்படங்கள், 3டி படங்கள், வீடியோக்கள் ஆகியவை ஒளிபரப்பப்படுகிறது.

இதுகுறித்து அமெரிக்க இந்தியா பொது மக்கள் விவகாரத்துறை தலைவர் ஜகதீஷ் செவானி கூறுகையில், ''அயோத்தியில் வரும் ஆகஸ்ட் 5ஆம் தேதி நடக்கும் நிகழ்வு வரலாற்று முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது. ஸ்ரீ ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்கான பூமி பூஜை நடக்கிறது. பிரதமர் மோடி அடிக்கல் நாட்டுகிறார்.

சிறப்பு ஒளிபரப்புக்காக உலகிலேயே மிகப்பெரிய பில்போர்டு அமைக்கப்படுகிறது.
இந்த பில்போர்டின் நீளம் 17,000 சதுர அடியாக இருக்கும். குத்தகையில் பில்போர்டுகள் இந்த நிகழ்வுக்கு என்றே எடுக்கப்படுகிறது. எல்இடி வெளிச்சத்தில் ராமரின் புகைப்படங்கள் ஜொலிக்கும் வகையில் அமைக்கப்படுகிறது.

ஆகஸ்ட் 5ஆம் தேதி காலை 8 மணியில் இருந்து இரவு 10 மணி வரை தொடர்ந்து ஜெய் ஸ்ரீராம் என்ற வார்த்தை ஆங்கிலத்திலும், இந்தியிலும் ஒளிபரப்பாகும். கடவுள் ராமரின் புகைப்படம் வீடியோவாகவும், 3டி படங்களாகவும், கோயிலின் கட்டமைப்பு, உள் கட்டமைப்பு ஆகியவையும், பிரதமர் மோடி அடிக்கல் நாட்டும் புகைப்படங்களும் ஒளிபரப்பப்படும். இதற்கென பல்வேறு பில்போர்டுகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. உலகில் இருக்கும் சுற்றுலா தளங்களில் மிகவும் முக்கியமானது டைம் ஸ்கொயர்.

இந்தியர்கள் அன்று டைம் ஸ்கொயரில் கூடி இந்த நிகழ்வை கண்டு களிப்பார்கள். இனிப்புகள் வழங்கப்படும். இந்துக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இந்த நாள் கனவு நாள். இந்த நாளை இந்துக்களாகிய நாம் அனைவரும் கொண்டாட வேண்டும்.

உத்திரப் பிரதேசத்தில் ஹுகும் சிங் என்று ஒரு விவசாயி இருந்தார். மத்தியப் பிரதேசத்தில் அதே பெயரில் இன்னொரு விவசாயி இருந்தார். இருவருக்கும் எஸ்பிஐ வங்கியில் கணக்கு இருந்தது. நடுவில் ஒரு முறை இருவர் கணக்கையும் எஸ்பிஐ குழப்பி விட்டது. உபி ஹுகும் சிங்கின் டெபாசிட் எல்லாம் மபி ஹுகும் சிங்கின் கணக்கில் சேர்த்து விட்டது. பணம் நிறைய வரவே அவரும் ஜாலியாக செலவழிக்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டார். ஒரு நாள் வங்கி அதிகாரிகள் தவறை கண்டுபிடித்து திருத்தி விட்டனர். பின்னர் மபி ஹுகும் சிங் வீட்டுக்குப் போய் 'எங்கேர்ந்துயா உனக்கு பணம் வந்துச்சுனு நெனைச்சே?' என்று கேட்க, அவர் அப்பாவியாக 'மோடிஜிதான் எனக்கு வரவேண்டிய 15 லட்சத்தை இன்ஸ்டால்மெண்ட்டில் போடுகிறார் என்று நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தேன் சார்!' என்றிருக்கிறார்.

இது கூடப் பரவாயில்லை. புரிகிறது. ஆனால் உபி ஹுகும் சிங் ஏன் புகாரே கொடுக்கவில்லை என்று ஆச்சரியமாக அவர் வீட்டுக்குப் போயிருக்கிறார்கள். 'உன் அக்கவுண்ட்ல இருந்து பணம் போச்சுது. ஏன்யா, சும்மா இருந்தே?' என்று கேட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். 'நேருதான் என் அக்கவுண்ட்ல இருந்து பணம் திருடறார்னு நெனைச்சிகிட்டு இருந்தேன் சார்!' என்று பதில் வந்தது!

முத்திரைத்தாள் கட்டணம் (Stamp Duty) என்றால் என்ன?

தமிழகத்தின் மொத்த வருவாயில் 21 சதவீதம் பத்திரப்பதிவு வருமானம் மூலம் கிடைக்கிறது. முதலில் டாஸ்மாக். அதற்கடுத்து இதுதான் அதிக வருவாய் ஈட்டும் இனம். கரோனோ சமயத்தில் பத்திரப்பதிவு சுருண்டு படுத்து விட்டது. டாஸ்மாக் எப்பொழுதும் போல ஸ்டெடி. அது ஒரு தனியினம். மிக புராதனமான இந்திய சட்டங்களில் பத்திரப்பதிவுக்கு அடிப்படையான இந்திய முத்திரை சட்டம். கொஞ்சம் லேட்டஸ்ட். சமீபத்தில் 1899ல் தான் எழுதப்பட்டது. 

இந்திய முத்திரை சட்டத்தை (1899) படிக்கும்போது, இந்திய பதிவு சட்டத்தையும் (1908) சேர்த்து படிக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும். (32000 ஆயிரம் கோடி முத்திரை தாள் மோசடி பற்றி கடைசியில் காண்க.)

முத்திரை தாள் கட்டணம் என்பது ஒரு வரி. முக்கிய நோக்கம் அரசுக்கு வருவாய் ஈட்டுவது. இந்தியாவில் பத்திரப்பதிவுக்கு அதிக கட்டணம் வசூலிப்பதில் தமிழகம் இரண்டாவது இடம். சில ஆவணங்களுக்கு முத்திரைக் கட்டணம் கட்டாயம்.முத்திரைத்தாள் ஜுடிசியல் (Judicial, நான்–ஜுடிசியல் (Non-Judicial) என்று இரண்டு வகை.ஜுடிசியல் முத்திரைகள் நீதித்துறைக்கு உள்ளே சொத்து வழக்கு மற்றும் நீதிமன்ற வழக்குகளுக்கு பயன்படுபவை.

நான்–ஜுடிசியல் முத்திரைகள் பத்திரப்பதிவு அலுவலகம், இன்சூரன்ஸ் அக்ரிமென்டு, ப்ரோநோட்கள் (Pronotes) போன்றவற்றில் பயன்படுகின்றன.

முக்கியமாக சொத்து பரிமாற்றங்கள் இந்த சட்டத்தின் கீழ் வருகின்றன.

பதிவுசெய்யப்படும் போது அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட சொத்தின் மதிப்பை பொறுத்து முத்திரைத்தாள் கட்டணம் நிர்ணயிக்கப்படும். சொத்து இருக்கும் மாநிலம் எது, கிராமமா அல்லது நகர்ப்புறமா, புதிய கட்டுமானமா, பழைய கட்டுமானமா என்பதை பொறுத்தும் கட்டணம் கணக்கிடப்படும்.சில மாநிலங்களில் பெண்கள் பெயரில் சொத்துக்களை பதிவு செய்தால் முத்திரை கட்டணம் குறைவு

டெல்லியில் பெண்களுக்கு 4%, ஆண்களுக்கு 6%.இந்தியாவெங்கும் இதை அமுல் செய்தால் பெண்கள் பெயரில் சொத்துக்கள் வாங்குவது அதிகரித்து பெண்களின் நிதி பாதுகாப்பு அதிகரிக்கலாம்.இந்த சலுகையில்லாமலே கடந்த சில வருடங்களில் பெண்கள் பெயரில் பதிந்த சொத்துக்கள்தாம் தமிழகத்தில் அதிகம் என்பதை இங்கே சொல்ல வேண்டியதில்லை.

முத்திரைத்தாள் தொடர்பான விதிமுறைகள்

கட்டணத்தை முழுமையாக செலுத்தவேண்டும். தவறினால், பாக்கி தொகையின் மீது அபராதம் விதிக்கப்படும். (வங்கியாளர்களும் கவனிக்க)சரியான நேரத்தில் செலுத்த வேண்டும். தாமதமாக கட்டலாம். ஆனால் அபராதம் செலுத்த நேரிடும். முத்திரைத்தாள் செலுத்தப்பட்ட ஆவணம் சட்டப்பூர்வ ஆவணமாக (Legally Valid Document) கருதப்படும் இவற்றை நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆதாரமாக பயன்படுத்தலாம் (உதா: பிராமிஸரி நோட்)

சொத்து விஷயத்தில் வாங்குபவரே கட்டணத்தை செலுத்தவேண்டும்.

சொத்து பரஸ்பர மாற்றம் (Exchange) செய்யும் போது, வாங்குபவரும் விற்பவரும் சரிசமமாக கட்டணத்தை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

பத்திரங்களை பதிவுசெய்தல் 

சொத்துக்களை வாங்குபவர் அல்லது விற்பவர் பெயரில் மட்டுமே முத்திரைத்தாள்களை வாங்க வேண்டும். வாங்கிய 6 மாதங்களுக்குள் உபயோகித்துவிடவேண்டும். முத்திரை தாள் கட்டணத்தை குறைக்கவோ, அதிகரிக்கவோ முடியாது. கிரைய பத்திரத்தை முழுவதும் வெள்ளை தாளில் எழுதி, முத்திரை தீர்வை பணமாகவும் செலுத்தலாம். பத்திரப்பதிவில் தேவையான தகவல்கள் இல்லை, தவறு இருக்கிறதென்று பதிவாளர் கருதினால் அவர் ஆவணத்தை பதிய மறுத்துவிடலாம். வீடு இருக்கும் பகுதி, கட்டப்பட்ட ஆண்டு, அடுக்குகளின் எண்ணிக்கை போன்ற தகவல்களை சரியாக குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். பாகப்பிரிவினை பத்திரம், அடமானப்பத்திரம், விற்பனை சான்றிதழ், பரிசு பத்திரம், பரிமாற்றப் பத்திரம், குத்தகை பத்திரம், உரிம ஒப்பந்தம் போன்ற அனைத்து தேவையான ஆவணங்களையும் சமர்பிக்க வேண்டும்.உயில் மூலம் பரிமாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட சொத்துக்களை தவிர்த்து மற்ற அனைத்து அசையா சொத்து பரிமாற்றத்திற்கும் முத்திரைத்தாள் கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.கூட்டுறவு வீட்டுவசதி வங்கி மூலம் விற்கப்படும் சொத்துக்களுக்கு கட்டணம் இல்லை சட்டப்பூர்வமான வாரிசுகளுக்கு சொத்துக்களை மாற்றும் போதும் , சொத்தின் சந்தை மதிப்பிற்கு ஏற்ப ஒரு கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.பதிவு அலுவலகத்தில் மட்டும்தான் பத்திர பதிவு நடக்கும் என்றில்லை. ஜெயிலில் இருக்கும் மதிப்பானவர்கள் பெயிலில் வெளிவந்தால் பதிவாளர் வீட்டிற்கே வந்து பதிந்து கொடுப்பார். கட்டணம் சரியாக செலுத்தினால் போதுமானது.

முத்திரைத்தாள் கட்டணம் செலுத்தாமல் சொத்துரிமை மாற்றம் செய்வது எப்படி?

பணம் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு சொத்துரிமையை மாற்றம் செய்தால் அது சொத்து விற்பனை. தானப் பத்திரம் மூலம் சொத்துரிமையை மாற்றுவது விற்பனையல்ல.குடும்ப உறவுகளுக்குள் தானமாக வழங்குவதாக பத்திரத்தில் பதிவு செய்வதை தான செட்டில்மென்ட் என்று சொல்லுவார்கள்.

தந்தை பிள்ளைகளுக்கு கொடுப்பது, சகோதரர் சகோதரிக்கு சொத்தை தருவது இதெல்லாம் தானம்.தானம் தரும் சொத்து, தானம் எழுதுபவர் பெயரில் இருக்கவேண்டும்."மாமனாரின் சொத்தை கொழுந்தனார் எனது பெயரில் தானமாக எழுதியுள்ளார், அதில் வீடுகட்ட வீட்டுக்கடன் கிடைக்குமா" என்று ஒரு பெண்மணி வந்து நச்சரித்தார். வங்கி வேலை எவ்வளவு சிரமம் பாருங்கள்.

கொளுந்தியாளுக்கு தானம் எழுதுவதையும் சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கிறது. சட்டம் ஒரு இருட்டறை.தானமாக பதிவுசெய்யும்போது முத்திரைத்தாள் கட்டணம் இல்லை. ஆனால், தான பத்திரம் பதிவு கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். சொத்து வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பில் 1% அல்லது அதிகபட்சம் பத்தாயிரம் ரூபாய்.

முக்கிய தகவல்: தானம் வாங்குபவர் தானம் கொடுத்த சொத்தை ஏற்று உடனடியாக சுவாதீனத்தை அடைந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். அந்த இடத்தின் வருவாய் ஆவணங்கள், பிற ஆவணங்களையும் உடனடியாக தனது பெயருக்கு மாற்றி விடுதல் நல்லது.தானம் ரத்து செய்ய இயலாத ஒன்று என்று சொல்லப்படுகிறது.

இருப்பினும் "சொத்தை தானமாக எழுதி வாங்கி கொண்ட மகன் தங்களை கவனிக்காமல் விட்டுவிட்டான்" என்று பெற்றவர்கள் புகார் கொடுத்ததால் தானத்தையே கேன்சல் பண்ணி தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஒரு பிரபல தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

மின்னணு முறையில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது மின் முத்திரை. இது சொத்து வாங்குதல் போன்ற நான்–ஜுடிசியல் முத்திரையாக பயன்படுகிறது.
