Human brains are big when compared to other animals . The brain contains more than 100 crore brain cells out of which, 1,00,000 are lost each day. The weight of an average human brain is about 1300-1400 g . Brain consists of 60% white matter and 40% grey matter. Human brain consists of 75% of water. About 12 percent of the brain is fat. The brain has no sense of pain.
