Spiritual Practice (Sadhana) must be done in a disciplined and systematic manner, in an atmosphere filled with virtues. Just as fans in a large hall cool the atmosphere and provide soothing breeze to the people gathered there, so too, the fans of Truth, Right Conduct, Peace and Love (Sathya, Dharma, Shanthi, andPrema) are necessary to reduce the sweltering heat of ignorance, falsehood, injustice and indiscipline (Ajnaana, Asathya, Anyaaya and Akrama). In a world where noble conduct is being insulted and denied at every turn, peace and tolerance are the only means through which you can save yourself. This is the most important aspect that I ask you to cultivate. In every act, have tolerance and patience with a mutual helping attitude. In the family, cultivate patience and mutual respect; in the community, have righteousness and justice.
