Ingredients:
Lemon juice --------------------------------1 litre
Sugar ---------------------------------------2-1/2 kg
water----------------------------------------1 liter
Lemon Essence-----------------------------1-2 tsp
Colour---------------------------------------a pinch
KMS ---------------------------------------1/2 tsp
(pot. Meta. Bisulphite)
Method:
Mix sugar and water. Heat to dissolve sugar. Add a ladle full of lemon juice to the syrup for clarification. Filter, cool and mix with the juice. Add other ingredients as in the case of squash and store in clean bottles.
